Exemplary service .... BUT
Exemplary service from Megan and Zoe. Kept us in the loop at all times, helped with the warranty issues, and absolutely perfect car condition on return. Cannot fault them at all on that count. However the car developed a fault 3 days after return, which was again in the coolant system. This now means that the car is going back for further work. To compound the problem, Vauxhall HQ are refusing to reimburse us against the warranty claim for the secondary issues caused by the primary cooler unit failure (which totalled over £640 in costs to us for coolant pipe replacements and flushes, not covered by our main autoguard warranty). Paul Rees, the manager again has been superb in his communication, and we hope to upgrade this review once we have a resolution to the cost issue, as we (and citizens advice) believe we should not be liable for any payment for the repairs, given it was a known defect and fault on the car
