I've used their service on each of my PS and Xbox account. I admit to having nerves about someone accessing my account which had credit card on file but they always did exactly as requested and nothing more. Communication is great and so I always knew when they would be using the account. Saved me from a lot of misery this obsession could have brought. Prices were quite reasonable too IMO for what is being asked
