Read your emails! Ridiculous.

Order placed on Monday 12th 19:19. The following day on the 13th at 07:56 I emailed them through the address on their website requesting the order be cancelled. The order wouldnt have even been processed at all at this point. Received no response.

Sent another email requesting confirmation of cancellation at 15:55 on the 13th.

Still no response by the next day.

Wednesday 14th 12:37 email received from them confirm the item had been despatched.

Item delivered just now on the 15th at 11:25 AND STILL no email or anything from them.

Easy to order but completely unable to cancel an order, which is especially a problem if you've ordered a cut to measure item like i did. HENCE i contacted them as soon as i could to cancel. But theyve completely ignore emails to do so. Their ticket system is utterly useless.

Would not recommend purely based on this. Its really not professional at all. Now im stuck with this item I no longer need.

Avoid this company!

I ordered a bespoke sized small perspex sheet, then quickly realised I no longer needed it. I messaged them within 20 minutes of the order and told them I wished to cancel.

They came back to me and told me that as the order is bespoke size I was unable to cancel the order. When I queried this they sent me a copy of their T&C's which apparently explain this but at no point during the entire purchase process did this company make me aware this was the case.

I have asked them 3 times to raise an official complaint regarding this and have also asked them for a copy of their complaints procedures but they done neither. The product was only £15 however there is a principle involved here.

Customer service is appalling. If I could give this company zero stars I would.

Quick service but all the radius cuts where on the wrong side of the plastic even though in the comments when I ordered i wrote "for the avoidance of doubt, the perspex will be positioned portrait and the radius cuts need to be on the top edges and not the bottom". Edges are meant to smooth but they are rough as toast..multiple cracks and chips. Total garbage and waste of £££. Nobody answers multiple emails...when you ring they act dumb and say you need to call another number that nobody answers.

My purchase arrived much quicker than expected and delivered well wrapped by Royal Mail.
I chose the 5mm glass appearance perspex. It looks hard-wearing and just like glass. Delighted with the product and the service.

Ordered 2 glass sheets and a fixing kit. Ordered 15/10/25, eventually delivered 20/12/25.
Ordered on basis of 4 day delivery and paid for express delivery to meet a deadline. This was missed by 2 months.
Little communication from the company, and I had to chase to get any information.
Part of order came in November due to error, rest came in December and anti-crack bushes in fixing kit are the wrong size.
I cannot recommend this company and would never use them again.

I needed some black plastic strips for a project. Ordered online very easily. They were despatched and delivered very quickly.

The items delivered were exactly as I had ordered and good quality.

Will happily use again for my next projects

Ordering multiple sizes and finishes of a massive product range
can be a nightmare however are Order was a complicated one but Natasha sorted it 5star commitment got there in the end. Let down buy couriers that chuck and damage your items in transit so not you fault mdf is delicate. Overall very happy with the service and a massive choice of materials competitively priced. If I could give a zero I would.
I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I specifically contacted them before placing my order to check whether the sheets could be ready quickly, as I needed them within a few days for an urgent job. I was advised over the phone that collection would be possible sooner, which is the only reason I went ahead and placed the order.

Once the order was placed, the story completely changed.

Despite multiple emails and a phone call, I never received a proper response to my actual queries.. only generic, copy-and-paste replies that failed to address what I was asking.

There was no attempt to resolve the issue, no flexibility, and no ownership of the incorrect information I was given. I ended up paying extra for delivery because the delivery was too late for a job I would’ve collected in person for.

The order eventually arrived over a month later, rendering it completely useless for its intended purpose. Throughout this entire process:
• No apology was given
• No compensation was offered
• No accountability was taken

Customer service was unprofessional, dismissive, and borderline rude, and I was left constantly chasing with no meaningful updates.

This experience cost me time, money, and unnecessary stress. Based on the lack of communication, poor customer service, and failure to honour what was discussed before purchase, I would never recommend this company.

Proceed with caution! once they have your money, customer service seems to disappear

I ordered 4 pieces of 3mm clear Perspex for a project I am doing, when my order arrived a week later I had only received half of my order 2 pieces was missing.

I called plastic sheets and they apologised and I was told they would send out the missing items asap. One week passed and I heard nothing I called again, they apologised again and it would be rectified asap. More days pass and nothing .

I did eventually get my pieces 1
Month after my original order has been dispatched.

Placed an order on Friday 12th later that day I emailed to cancel the order as there were errors with my dimensions. On the same day the Friday I placed a second order with the correct dimensions. On the following Monday I received an email stating that due to my order being a cut to size it cannot be cancelled. Given only a few hours had elapsed I find this response totally unacceptable. There was no way the order had been processed as the company only work Monday to Friday.
Their reply was not sent until the Monday it is obvious they just use the cut to size as an excuse to proceed with the order no matter what the customer advised.
As a result I reported this to PayPal and I rejected the delivery.
Would not recommend this company at all.

Not happy at all i ordered 590x290mm glass sheet and i paid 16.91£ and it came all scratched they need to improve material quality

I placed an order on the 7th December. I received the items on 15th of December. I ordered 75mm discs but received 65mm discs. I sent them a photo of their error, then received a very patronising email a whole day later to say the investigations team had approved my order to be resent!. I’ve now been told it’s a 3 to 5 working day wait before it goes into production. So I won’t receive this for Christmas as 5 working days is Christmas Eve. I wish I’d never placed this order with this company and I would have left zero stars if possible

Having read the reviews I ordered 5 pieces of plastic sheeting cut to various sizes and some of them with polished finished. The first order was lost by Yodel, which was not Plasticsheets fault and they dispatched a replacement. This did arrive but I found out that the measurements were out, some by 3mm and 1 by 5mm. Ringing up customer services I was told that there maybe a 1-3mm leeway, I explained that a piece 415mm will not fit into a 410mm which was ordered, I did send photos. Another order was sent, which arrived still with measurements out, one edge was actually bevelled in and the polished finished was missing. I have informed Plasticsheets that I do not want anymore and cut the sheets to size myself and completed the job.
The company has gone out of its way to rectify the problem, their customer services have been in contact and a full refund was offered, I refused that as I used the sheeting and it is good quality but they did refund me a %. Once again I cannot imagine what went wrong but the company did everything possible to rectify it. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

5 stars! The product arrived slightly damaged in shipping. Plastic Sheets promptly delivered a replacement, perfectly cut to size and unmarked, no problem.

Nice people to deal with. MDF arrived perfectly sized and in super fast time.

Order never arrived.

Emails sent to the customer service team and no response. Ordered 24th November and we really need these at our factory before Christmas.

Ordered 4 shelves for our kitchen, sizes correct and delivered earlier than expected A* will deffo buy from you again 👍🏽
