I wouldn’t even give you one star, plus I’m very surprised by trust pilot giving them credit for being good. I’ve been waiting for my order still the 22/10/25 as I needed it in quick time I paid in full because they said it would be delivered in 3-6 working days, it’s now the 05/11/25 and I’m still waiting for it sent emails and rang both the company phone and the his mobile to no avail, still waiting for replies. I’m absolutely disgusted by their behaviour and lack of decency to reply to the whole situation.

False delivery time, after 6 working days the status of my order is still in processing. Opened a ticket, never got answer. Called to get an update, after several minutes a definitely annoyed person has been unhelpful and quite vague.
I will not buy from them anymore.

I placed my order with sales for splashbacks and paid in full. I received acknowledgment and a dispatch date 4 days hence. I had no further correspondence from them, despite 4 emails that were ignored. I called on 3 occasions and was fobbed off. Eventually after a further 4 weeks, and further phone calls the order was sent out. On receipt, one large panel was missing and two others were the wrong size. I finally had all my panels 5 weeks after paying. The quality is good, however the customer service is dreadful. I won’t use them again.

Complete joke of a company.
I've place an order for 5 items, 4 of them in a set. I've also paid extra for an express next day delivery. Two days later i still had no confirmation that the order was ready for shipment. After chasing them 3 days later, I find out that despite the Express charge, they did not even sent the order to production, but they will put it as a priority and refund the express delivery charge.
After a 6 day delay I finally receive the order, of course having one item missing from the set, and of course with no refund for the express delivery charge.
I chase then again, they apologie and state that they will make it a priority and I should get the missing item in the next 30 days, and that I should receive a confirmation from them.
Complete joke.

One day later in place of the promised confirmation of sending the item to production I receive a part refund for the missing item.
I chased them again to find out what if I will actually get the missing item or not ...
I get again an unsure answer followed by the same promise that they will sort it as soon as possible in the next 30 days.

If you ask for a refund of the order and for them to collect the items they already sent, they throw it in your face, "we can't do refunds on "custom" made items".

Meantime I am left with £ of my pocket, a door that I can't finish (and I don't even know when will I be able to finish it) ... and all this from company that advertises as providing "excellent" service on trust pilot.

10 days ago the company left a response to my review (you can see it bellow) and texted me on WhatsApp promising that my order will be delivered to me by 04th of November ...
Today it's the 10th, no item dispatched, and the company ignores any email reminders or calls.

Arrived 4 days late (after paying for express delivery), and cut too short. Ordered 2100x780, received 2100x745. Don’t bother

Easy ordering and the aluminium composite panels were exactly what I was looking for. Fast delivery and overall a good experience.

Generally good, items ordered were fine, tried to contact them via their “ticket” system but no reply hence 4 stars

Chose my sizes I required on the app and ordered. Considering the price for the plastic including exact sizing for my needs against trying to find someone else selling sheets which I would have had to mess about cutting to size I thought the price was great. The sheets arrived in great time , very well packaged. They fitted in with ease and made my job easy. I think they look as good as glass and less breakable there amazing. I am very happy with my purchase from sheet plastics.

Clear plastic sheet cut perfectly fitted just right for purpose. Easy to use website , delivered quickly and well packaged. Would highly recommend.

Still havent received my order . Over 5 working days now. No tracking system. Was promised an update 2 days ago, never received one. Called today and after 11 minutes on hold just cant get through to a human, gave in and left a message so they can ring back at their convenience. Likely because my order is small. I dont recommend.

This was my first order with Plastic Sheets and am very pleased with the result. Had to replace a picture frame glass, the product and exact mm measurement were spot on.

Perspex perfection!
I needed perspex sheets to sit under gelli plates for mixed media art. Having looked at many large online providers (and finding their sizes and pricing ridiculous for what was basically a sheet of plastic), i came across this company.
As well as bespoke sizes, I could order samples which actually fitted my smallest gelli plates and have allowed me to try a range of thicknesses and styles so that when I order more I can be more specific about what I choose.

The ordering system was easy to use. The product was exactly as required, very accurately cut, well packed and promptly delivered. The cost was very reasonable and considering the work and risk of damage avoided by not having to cut the material to size I will certainly adopt this solution for any future requirements. Easy to order, quick delivery. Items were cut exactly to size ordered and received well packaged. The perspex ordered was to replace broken glass in two items. All fit perfectly and you would have a job to tell they were not glass. Would have no hesitation in recommending this Company.

Purchases a Perspex sheet, loads of sizes and thicknesses so easy to find what I needed. Really good price and amazing value for money. Came really quickly and was packaged with care and a protective film so was I’m excellent condition.

The product is fantastic vibrant colours, the web site is excellent as you can custom order to size or shape as desired. The product is delivered speedily and packaged very well and on a timely manner.

I do have to be honest there was an order mistake on my first order but the customer service was excellent, fast they corrected my order and redeliverd my order free of charge.

Easy to find way round online ordering.ordered 6 items.2 arrived within days,but yhen nothing for 3 weeks.After phoning & explaining what I had recieved & what was still outstanding they were very apologetic & sorted the rest of the order promptly.
