From the moment I contacted Nit at PlanIT Trip Planner, I felt completely confident in her expertise. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and deep knowledge of Thailand ensured our itinerary, accommodation, transfers, and tours were as seamless and enjoyable as possible. Every recommendation she made- from hotels to excursions was spot on, and the service providers she arranged met or exceeded our expectations.

As our trip was limited to the school holidays, I wanted to make the most of our time. I explained to Nit that I was flying out of Phuket but preferred to stay in Railay, and she found the perfect way to make it work. Thanks to her planning, we had two nights in Railay, a fantastic personalised day trip to the Phi Phi Islands, and an easy ferry and transfer to a wonderful Phuket hotel she recommended. She even checked hotel prices to secure a better rate than I could find myself, saving us money on our stay at Sand Sea Resort in Railay.

Our private Phi Phi Islands tour was a real highlight. While we wanted to see Maya Bay and the lagoon, our main focus was snorkeling. Nit arranged a personalised trip with a driver, Best, who knew the islands so well that we managed to avoid the crowds and visit three stunning snorkeling spots. The experience was incredible, and I’m so glad we chose this over one of the larger group tours!

Nit’s quick response time and ability to tailor everything to our needs made the whole process stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend PlanIT to anyone planning a trip to Thailand and will definitely be using Nit’s services again in the future!

I booked several experiences in Thailand through PlanIT for my family, including transfers, a two night stay at Panvaree The Greenery in Khao Sok National Park, an elephant sanctuary visit and an ATV go-karting experience. From start to finish, their service was outstanding.

PlanIT was reasonably priced and highly professional. They ensured everything ran smoothly by emailing all the necessary details- including pickup times, vehicle registration numbers and what to expect the day before each trip or transfer. This gave us complete peace of mind.

A lovely extra touch was that they arranged a complimentary framed photo of us at the elephant sanctuary and even compiled videos of our trips there and at the ATV experience.

I reserved a surprise for my boyfriend birthday in Koh Tao with Planit Trip and it was so amazing ! Nitsawan was really helpful during all the process and super flexible. The weather was not good during our visit so he offered to reschedule the activity so we enjoyed the most our experience. We went to snorkeling in 2 of the best spots and saw a turtle which was my boyfriend dream!!! Thanks to Nitsawan and all the staff who was super professional and friendly, this day was perfect however the circumstances. I chose the Luxury Longtrail Boat which was
decorated for the special occasion, the food provided was delicious and we also got pictures which are so nice ! We will always remember that day. Thank you to all the team, definitely will book something with you again if we come back to Koh Tao.

This was our 3rd visit to Thailand, but our 1st to Krabi, an area we knew nothing about.

We did the 2in1 Hong Island snorkelling and kayaking trip. It all ran very smoothly from the moment we was picked up, our guide Sila was great, very welcoming and made a fuss of my 11 year daughter which she loved.

There was two opportunities to snorkel, we spent two hours at Hong island which allowed time to snorkel, kayak and go up to the view point. Lunch was really good, a nice Thai lunch and fresh fruit and plenty of water was on offer all day.

I highly recommend this trip, it was the right length of time and never felt too busy. Our guide Siva really made the day though, he was so friendly and cheerful. The kayaking was the highlight, we got to paddle around hong island and my daughter managed to paddle her own kayak which she thought was brilliant.

We went to Khao Yai national park. It was very convenient. The driver took us to where we were staying, from trail to trail, and to where we would eat. Thanks to him, we were able to cover a lot. He was also punctual in picking us from the hotel. They mentioned opportunities about the national park that we didn't know about, warned us about things we needed to prepare for (i.e. leech socks) and were very responsive to any questions we had.

Easy to plan the trip as there are briefings about the choices we select. There is a map view option so that we can have an idea where we are going. Not only the tourist destination but also other places such as food and hotels are also included.
