Bootzipper perfection 👌
Wanted the Bootzipper for ages but preferably with a better groupset than the supplied SRAM SX. Then the bike seemed to be out of stock in my size for months and months. Then suddenly it was back in stock but with a full GX group, and on special offer at the same price of the SX equipped bike. Wow, the bike is a fab buy and is great as a bike-packing bike. I love it, it’s not the lightest but it handles really well and it’s built like a tank!

Used Planet X several times over the years and always great service. Ordered a road bike through Cycle Scheme, from start to finish communication was great. Collected the bike and had a bike fit, all staff very helpful.

Planet X - reassuring company and fantastic bikes
I purchased a bike through the Bike to Work scheme and found Planet X far more helpful than the scheme provider (Vivup). They clearly understood the process better, provided reassurance throughout and answered all my questions quickly and efficiently. The bike itself (Tempest Gravel) was set up to a high standard and has been an excellent ride.

Planet-x excellent product shipped on time shame they shipped with DX
The product was perfect and reasonable price the delivery promise suited my appointments for the day.
DX failed to deliver. Dx were not contactable. I was put last on the next day’s route. DX would not consider contacting the driver even though he passed the end of my road several times.

Excellent price fast shipping, Unfortunately, the packaging was terrible and the items were loosely packed and scattered about inside the box some had lost there caps and sprayed inside the box.

My order can in quick time. The cycle shoes look great and fit well. I haven't used them on the bike yet, but I'm sure they'll perform as expected.

Team Planet X are brilliant
Team Planet X are brilliant, Yodel not so good.
Was told they tried to deliver my item , delivery person pulled up outside looked for parcel in the van then drove off.
I did offer to provide Ring door bell proof of this but were not interested.
