It’s been a year since I spend almost $1200 of dive regulator set on eBay, which is hard earned money. This store scammed me by delaying the item and till today I didn’t receive the item. Do not buy anything from this store

Attention! You don't get your money back if they don't deliver or/and if you send something back!!! Don't buy here!!!

Do not use. I ordered an item through eBay, it never arrived despite being ‘promised’ multiple times it was on its way. No refund from the company and eBay won’t support as it’s outside its 30 day period. Feels like planet multi-store knew this and used a delay tactic to avoid sending me their product.

Absolute cowboy outfit, you can se from the other reviews they are untrustworthy and uncaring. I'm not sure what their business model is but they get your money make you wait ages for a delivery date and then don't deliver. An absolute shower, who in my view have no intention of supplying the goods they put up for sale.

Ive been waiting on delivery of my wetsuit for over 4 months.They have constantly lied about delivery date and will not issue a refund .Do not order from Planetdivemultistore , a terrible service.

Do not buy from this ,never send items , excuses that have strike the shipping company ,no tracking number,after a month ask for refund ,3 times same answer. I forward your request to our administration to urgently request to send you confirmation of the refund, I must contact my bank to get my money back, worst internet site for diving equipment

I ordered a pair of fins (143 euros) on Apr-18th, and they were utterly available at the store. After one week with no information about my order status, I tried several times to contact PMS customer service which was lacking and when available they gave imprecise answers. Today May-26th my order is still in preparation and I had to contact the police and my bank to have my money back. Any promises that came from PMS were disregarded.

Il customer service era inesistente e quando ha risposto ha fatto promesse che sitematicamente venivano disattese. Ho risolto coinvolgendo la polizia postale e la mia banca bloccando il pagamento tramite carta di credito.

All customers be really careful buying from this company. They tempt to put hidden costs into selling items and later on they do not take responsibility for refund. You won’t find any help from their customer service. Delivery is late over 1,5 month after a payment. You will find no help and you will be left possibly without item or money!!!! Be aware of this company

Wish I'd read the reviews before using this company, will never use them again, continually lied about item being dispatched and delivery dates, had to be continually chased for updates, I still have all the emails should Planet Multi store wish to disagree with this review.
Pleased with item when it finally arrived but no thanks to Planet Multi store

Payed for a item which cost £944, they said it would be posted next day it was never sent, same again for the next 2 to 3 months this was in June when I payed for it. Asked for a refund which never got reimbursed so ended up going to my bank lucky I payed by credit card but it still tuck until till Sept to get money back. I end up going to another company and payed £60 more and got it 2 days later.
So I will never ever use Planet multi store again.

The owner Alessio promised 5 times delivery and broken his promise 5 times.

He even mentioned the goods shipped to you already.

But he never sent you tracking number.

It's a scame website and store.

I informed Bank and ask to get the payment back from this scame web store.

p.s the fins I ordered on 16Sept., I paid but got nothing.

Unfortunately I don't have the option of giving this one star. The worst shopping experience I've ever had. Paid £750 for 2 Scubapro BCDs on 28th September 2022 and have still haven't received them. Have been told 5 different delivery dates, weeks apart and that I will receive the goods from UPS with a confirmation email the day before delivery. Email never comes of course.
My order shipping status has been on 'Waiting to Compute' since the day I ordered and never changes. Every time I ask for a delivery update I get the standard lie - your order has been processed and will be with you on some random date that gets plucked out of nowhere.
One of the BCDs was a birthday present for my daughter that she now hasn't received. Not happy! Thanks Planet Multi Store for ruining a birthday.
It would seem that this is the standard business practice for Planet Multi Store - list items as in stock, take payment, make excuses for weeks while having already been paid and tell lies the whole way through the process. I've been waiting now for over 6 weeks for goods I bought in good faith and have been given the run around for weeks.
I wish I'd read the reviews on Trustpilot before ordering and I would have ran a mile. Seems I'm not the only one to have the same issues. For anyone who's considering buying anything from Planet Multi Store, in my experience I'd think very carefully if you want to hand over money to these people.
Horrendous experience, avoid at all costs.

I have now been waiting 2 weeks for a refund. More lies. Will be processed by end of week, will be processed next week - still no refund. It’s a 5 minute process to refund the payment but PMS are making excuses to keep my money.
The most dishonest company I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with.
AVIOD AT ALL COSTS.

I have now been waiting 3 weeks for PMS to process my refund and the latest in the long list of lies is that the process will start in the middle of next week! This is a 5 minute process so I can only conclude that PMS have stolen my money

Horible expirience. Ordered and paz, took them more that 2 months to deliver one part, the other part i am still waiting!
Misleading comunication by email and feel like being scamed!
Do not trust or buy here! I certanly wil never ever buy anything from them!!!

Terrible service. Ordered a wetsuit two months ago and not received. Chased them to be told UPS would send notification when it leaves Italy but have heard nothing. I would recommend avoiding at all costs if live in the UK

Weird to see that after my awfull experience of 02 years ago, with official compliant via Paypal , the scam with delivery and item switch simply continues as nothing ever happened. Remarkable!

total fraud!! I ordered a wetsuit from them. They never sent it.. they sent a cheap tote bag instead. they agreed to refund my money long as I sent the tote bag back.... I sent it back... They deliberately Refused the shipment.... Why would they do that? because they want to keep the money!!!

I ordered a fitness watch December 2021from this shambles of a website, still not received it march 1st 2022 so I emailed them to cancel the order, 27th March 2022 and stil no refund 😡😡 avoid at all cost!!!

I ordered a wetsuit and paid EUR 200 for it. However, my order is stuck in the UK SDA operation centre because I have to pay the UK customs duty. Apparently, custom duty should be paid directly to EMS, the shipping courier, but delivery was never attepmted, and EMS UK phone number is not operational. Also, there is no option to contact the UK SDA operation centre?! Next time, I will just buy from the Scubastore, prices are very similar or even better, and their customer service has improved a lot over the years. I am buying scuba diving equipment for years and this is the worst experience I have ever had.
