I contacted this company to have a…a viewing of a property
I contacted this company to have a viewing of a property organised, I filled in the form on the Placebuz contact button, I asked for the information on viewing to be arranged, got no reply , called the company the next day and spoke to estate agent employee the girl didn’t seem to be interested in what I was asking it felt like she didn’t really want to hear my voice , at the end of the conversation which I felt was hard work I agreed to view the property on Saturday 19/08/23 I was also told I would receive an email to confirm the viewing this was on the 16/08/23 , so as I didn’t receive the confirmation I called today , it was a different employee estate agent who told me it was not him that arranged the viewing so he couldn’t tel me anything about it , he said he would pass it onto the other estate agent in the office, when I pushed for him to go to the bother and do his job and look up the viewing I was told it wasn’t registered on their system and no viewing has been arranged, he said he can’t help , so after explaining I would be going online to give a review on the worst estate agent company I have ever had to deal with , and I have purchased several properties over the years and rent them out and always had great experience with the estate agents who were working to sell , however the person I spoke to at Placebuz was more interested in telling me it wasn’t him dealing with this so it’s not his problem, well the company is connected to a large estate agent who I will now be contacting to complain about a shocking service and see how they deal with things from now going forward, I have now received a email to confirm the viewing on Saturday so at least when you say I will review your company on every site possible they actually do some work to sell a house . I don’t like to give bad reviews but sometimes you have to give advice so others don’t experience the same bad situation
