I tried the pepperoni pizza meny at a gas station from pizza hut and it was wet so When i lifted it ut it split in half so i had to use knife and fork but it just got Worse When i tried lifting the pizza with the fork only the cheese stuck to the fork and ist tastes piss dont buy from pizza hut no matter what

Unbelievable! It took me about an hour to choose what I wanted until the cart was right. It took another 30 minutes to try to place the order. It wouldn't go through so I went back in and canceled the order. Piece of 💩

Emily at Dunnellon Florida Pizza Hut was so sweet! She deserves a raise, some of the people in there weren’t so nice. She’s a patient person, and a great employee.

Food never arrived.

I rang the restaurant a couple of times but the calls were never answered. It is like the place doesn't exist but they collect your money.

Just Eat are fine and will likely refund me.

We arrived at Pizza Hut, Copdock, Ipswich just after 9, we were told they were starting to clear up as they shut at 10. When we ordered the manager recommended the sour dough base with garlic ‘powder’. WOW! The pizzas were delicious! He was more than accommodating, waiting for us to order and help ourselves to the salad bar before starting to clear up. He then asked again if would like to visit the bar again before taking the salad items away.

I'm 63 yo.and in all my born year have I ever paid $25 for a thin crust medium pizza! The service was the worst of any restraunt I've ever been to! They gave no plate, no utensils till I had eaten! Slower than moleasses in January!
Forest City NC. I won't be going again anytime soon!

The Pizza Hut location in Centreville, VA consistently fails to have orders ready for pickup, creating significant delays that impact the entire delivery process. When I informed the staff that I could not wait beyond a reasonable timeframe, the rude employees a caucasian male and asian male at the counter became openly hostile and aggressive. Instead of addressing the service delay, they resorted to intimidation tactics and verbal harassment, actually shouting at me to 'not come back.'
Let’s be clear: why on earth would I want to come back to a store that doesn’t have their act together? I am an independent contractor, not their employee, and I have absolutely no interest in wasting my time or my gas waiting for a kitchen that can’t manage its own operations. They are only highlighting their own incompetence. If you are a driver or a customer, avoid this location if you value your time and expect a professional environment.

I would never recommend this Pizza Hut location. I placed an order and later called to add more pizzas to the same order, about three hours before delivery. Instead of combining the order, they split it into two deliveries and charged me two delivery fees. I also had to pay two separate tips because two drivers delivered the food.
I called to resolve the issue, but they ignored my complaint and did nothing to fix it. Very disappointing customer service.

I placed a delivery order at couva location at 7:28pm, at 8:36pm my order didn't arrive, apparently they forgot my order and was told it should arrive in an hour.

i scheduled an interview at the Pizza Hut in Valrico Florida and I was amazed about how I got an interview set for Monday at 03:00pm, Monday comes around I go in for the interview only for the front desk lady to say that they have no open availability

Why would you schedule me an interview if you didn’t have any open availability

Why waste my time driving over here to have an interview for a job that I thought I would actually like

Why have a nasty attitude about it as well I dislike the way she said it to felt like it came with an attitude

I love the Big New Yorker Pizza at Pizza Hut, because it's like the year 1999! I have a PlayStation to play the Tony Hawk's Pro Skater demo disc.

Used to be my favorite pizza. Been that way for years. Used to buy after long hard days at work. Their pepperoni was my favorite. Then disaster struck today. After a series of glitches on the pizza hut app they forced my account to shut down, destroying the years of points I had accumulated for no reason without any recourse.

Fine, if you want to take those points, fine, but you will never see my business for the rest of my life. Pizza hut is dead to me.

I just spent $45 on a Pizza. That was supposed to have extra cheese, not having extra cheese breadsticks with no sauce Pizza's cold. I'm not happy I tried to call the store, but nobody answers the phone. I need someone to take care of this. This is crap. I'd like someone to get ahold of me and fix this again. $45 for a cold, not special, not good meal I want my money back It was so bad that I had to make dinner for the kids

each time we order the pizza’s are made to my requirement and taste. Staff is very courteous too

Overcharged for PPP. Manager not authorized to offer a refund. Said DM was authorized and she was not working. Employees were too busy talking to take our order when we arrived and too busy to clean dining area even though it was middle of afternoon and we were the only customers.
