No Unsubscribe, No response to mails, scam communication via reddit
- I subscribed to it 4.5 months ago. (3$ a month).
- When I wanted to unsubscribe the same day, I noticed that there was no unsubscribe button anywhere.
- I contacted the owner multiple times via the contact e-mail address but got no response
- one month later, I contacted him via reddit private messages. He promised to manually cancel the subscription
- we were in contact for multiple months, and he was constantly reassuring me that THIS time he really did it.
- he even gave me a refund for one of the 5 payments
- Since the beginning of the year he just stopped replying to me.
Additional Info:
I contacted both stripes (subscription service provider) and my Credit Card Provider, but neither could/wanted to help me to cancel that subscription, so now I have to get a new credit card, just to stop these silly payments.
