i called PB earlier this week and they arranged for an engineer to contact us to arrange a service date.
Alan Archer (local service engineer), contacted us this morning and was on site within 90 minutes. He checked our machine and also fixed some bugging issues and reconfigured our keyboard to the UK version.

Warren, our engineer came out very quickly to sort our machine issue & not only did he resolve the main issue very quickly, he also fixed another few we weren't aware of! Very friendly & knowledgable, Warren is a credit to Pitney Bowes.

Jim Mitchell visited our office on Tuesday 10th March to repair our franking machine, as always Jim was very knowledgeable and professional and completed the work to a very high standard. He also gave us great peace of mind by thoroughly testing the machine before his departure. A true professional.

We had an issue with our 1st Class and 2nd Class Barcodes. We contacted David R Martin for advice who immediately contacted Steven Simpson.
Steven very kindly took the time to explain what we needed and helped resolve our 1st & 2nd class graphics, then the next day David R Martin arrived on site to remedy the situation.
Both Steven and David went above and beyond to help, with such a quick turnaround, we cannot thank them both enough.
We received a 'First Class Service' from start to finish - thank you both.
