Outstanding.
The Team at Pitney Bowes have been outstanding. I contacted several companies to carry out a hybrid mail solution for our business. Pitney Bowes were so efficient and knowledgeable that they had provided a full quotation, run through how their system operates and had multiple teams meetings with me before any other company even gave a courtesy call back.
Their system is easy to use and they provide full training on how to get the most out if it. Their team were efficient at answering queries and guiding me through the setup process. Simon Knight in particular has been extremely knowledgeable and effective throughout the whole process. I could not recommend them more.

We had someone to talk too straight…
We had someone to talk too straight away to help us with set up, which was great. They were friendly and so helpful and we got the machine set up quickly and all our questions answered. It is also great to know that there is a contact for someone to chat to if we have any questions later on.
