The company has terrible business practices.
First, it is mildly suspicious that the company operates under a large number of trade names, websites, and registrations. Most of those have Trustpilot ratings under 1-2.
Second, my original order got cancelled and refunded. Then, with no notice, after 3-4 weeks, I received the products, and asked to pay for them. I had already ordered the product somewhere else in the meantime.

I ordered and paid for a pool product (Zodiac Freerider RF 5400) from this company as a business customer. After completing the order, I received an email stating that DHL would handle the shipment and a tracking number was provided. However, even after more than two weeks, DHL’s system clearly shows that the shipment was never handed over to them.

This creates a false impression of fulfillment while in reality, the goods were not dispatched.

I have contacted the seller multiple times — via email and other channels — and have received no response. The lack of communication and failure to deliver despite confirmed payment raises serious concerns.

As of now, the matter remains unresolved. I feel it’s important to warn others based on my experience. If you're considering purchasing from this seller, I strongly recommend that you exercise extreme caution.

My situation appears to reflect a pattern reported by other buyers.

INADMISSIBLE. NEVER BUY FROM THIS SITE

I ordered a few weeks ago something from their website, it had a clear foto and a description with sizes etc. A few days ago I received a small box with an article that has nothing to do with what I ordered, different in colour, much smaller in size, and most probably also much smaller in price. I wrote them an email and chatted with them via Whatsapp, but they simply stated that this was the original item. A blind person could see the lie in this. These people are con people, thieves. Don't buy from them, because you'll not only loose your money but also your trust in buying on-line in internet¡¡ These people have no shame.

I was very hesitant before ordering on this site given the unreassuring comments. But finally I bought a Zodiac RA6500iQ robot and it was delivered to Belgium from the Netherlands in 48 hours after purchase. This is indeed a new robot in the original packaging and with a 5-year warranty.

BUT after 2 month the robot is HS and works intermittently. I called them to replace the robot, but they don't accept it and ask me to send them back the robot for a reperation knowing that this robot has only 2 month old and was only used 3 times.

They told me that I need to pay delivery to send it back to Netherlands... The delivery costs very expensive (45€ without insurance) and they don't want to take this cost in charge.

When I try to understand why I have to pay for delivery when the robot is still under warranty, the customer service nommed (Christa) stop the discussion and close the chat! Very bad SAV who has a kid reaction.

imagine if i will have 10 times a problem with this robot during the warranty period (5 years) , i need to send it 10 times to Netherlands. 45€x10=450€ additional cost to add to the purchase price!

Ordered a12mm Stainless Steel Key Hub with threaded attachment holes, and they sent me an aluminium one with non-threaded holes. Previously I ordered the same thing from Maairobot.nl, and they sent me a 14 mm hub instead. Then I found out they have the same address and telephone number in the Netherlands, so something is up with these two companies dispatching wrong items and not being particularly helpful.

I certainly wouldn't trust it for anything more expensive than this.

They are not a reliable company.
After 3 weeks of having ordered they decided to cancel the order just because I was pushing them to deliver.
Bad customer service!

I bought a Hayward Sharkvac XL pool cleaner via this site. Delivery was delayed and mixed up but after a couple of weeks the robot was finally delivered. Then it turned out that the robot was not able to to finish its program everytime it ran into the stairs. It just stopped working. According to the sellers the problem was with the non-removable stairs and even though this was not mentioned on either the website or in the manual no action was taken by them.
After 3 months of use one of the conveyor belts broke rendering it effectively useless. An appeal to warranty was denied despite repeated emails and legal advice.
Reasons given were that warranty is not applicable to parts that break of the device (really... you've got to be kidding me) and that this may have to do with too high chlorine or saline levels in the pool (both of them are 0 since I don't use either).
This website is a joke, the service is non-existent. Never ever buy here!!

The wrong products were sent. The ones I had ordered were twice as expensive. Contacted them. No reply whatsoever. DO NOT TRUST....

Do not waste your money nor your time with that vendor, you're gong to loose both / Ne perdez pas votre temps ni votre argent avec ce site, vous ne reverrez ni l'un ni l'autre / No malgastes tu dinero ni tu tiempo con ese proveedor, vas a perder ambos / Verspil uw geld of uw tijd niet met die verkoper, u gaat beide verliezen.

I've had the same bad experience described in the other review. Price is competitive, you register, then pay (visa is not an option anymore, they've probably be identified as fraud by credit card companies) then get no news, no answer on the phone, then some ridiculously aggressive mail to make you wait, then nothing. End of the story, say goodbye to your money.

According to the many other reviews on the net, customers get nothing, or when they do the article is either broken, incomplete, or different from what has been ordered. I’ve had a few exchanges with authorities, they already know the vendor (ECG Nederland). There is apparently not a lot they can do about it - although customers should continue the reporting, just not expect a rapid resolution. I’m of course angry but have decided to give up on wasting my energy with this fraud, and rather dedicate one hour of my time to report my finding here with the hope it will prevent others from doing the same mistake I did. It's not going to bring my money back, but it provides me with the satisfaction to hurt the vendor who stole it.

FINDING 1. there are several websites in different languages managed by the same vendor (the official vendor’s name as identified by the police is ECG Nederland). I've provided a list of the site as of October 2021 below, but it is certainly not exhaustive and I'm sure they regularly delete some sites (reviews from customers are never older than 1 year) and that the vendor creates others to start with a fresh reputation. I'm listing as much as I could find so that it gets indexed by search engine

FINDING 2: According to my experience and other reports on the web they do not care about your complaints or threats to go to police. However, they care about these reviews. The vendor indeed writes and posts fake positive reports on different customer review sites. It is easy to spot: the very same positive report from a fake customer is posted about different websites from the same vendor, in different language. What kind of enthusiastic customer would do that? On the opposite, I’m a pissed-off customer who will post this same report everywhere! That's it, for the rest do you search I'm sure you'll find other evidence. I wish I did this before they stole me hundreds of Euros.
