Will definitely use them again
Really happy to have discovered pipelagging.com. I was searching online for different sizes of pipe insulation and was checking the usual places (B&Q, Amazon, eBay etc.) but these guys have a far greater product range and had every size/type that I required. Very good value for the price and I would definitely use them again.
Delivery charge was pretty steep at £7.50 and despatch did seem a bit slow, but that is a minor point.
However, I would highly recommend that they use a different courier as DHL are totally unreliable and tell lies!
DHL emailed me to say the order had been delivered and signed for by me which was a total lie, as I had been working at home by a window that has a clear view of the front door all day and they had not delivered it. I later wondered up the road trying to locate the front door that was shown in the delivery photo and it turned out that my order had been delivered to someone else's address 5 doors up the road, and this person wasn't even in, so no way it could have been signed for as DHL stated! My order was simply left on the doorstep at the wrong address, and during the run up to Christmas parcel thieves are on the up, not impressed with DHL at all!

Poor customer service
I ordered the wrong item (totally my fault). To return items you are required to speak to the customer services department. I have heard nothing back for two weeks which means I will be out of time for a refund. Really frustrating as I am now out of pocket and left with an item i dont require. I found what I needed on another website due to the delays here.

Absolutely rubbish parts
Absolutely rubbish parts, as they won't fit 70 mm pipe as advertised.
The clamps are 70 mm at the opening but go to around 65 mm at the rounded end, so unable to fit 70 mm round pipe.
Asked to return for a complete refund but so far haven't had any response
So very dissatisfied and wouldn't recommend them or purchase anything else in the future

You ordered a 70mm pipe clamp and was sent a 70mm pipe clamp, what seems to have been the issue Mike?
I have checked and cannot see any record of this being reported previously or a request to return the items being made. Please drop us an email at sales@pipelagging.com, and we will confirm how to proceed with returning the goods
The inside diameter of a clamp is often smaller than its inside height, which can be confusing. This design ensures the clamp does not sit flush against the wall. A smaller inside height causes the saddle to rest above the pipe, leaving a gap between the clamp and the wall. As the fixing bolts are tightened, the plate flexes slightly toward the wall, creating the clamping force on the pipe. If the clamp sat flush against the wall from the start, it would not grip the pipe effectively.
