Yes, there might be some specialist items not in stock but I was aware of that and also received numerous phone calls.

Items not kept in stock. Turned up in multiple shipments over three weeks without any updates. Very annoying. Website tends to add random items to basket.
Best avoided. Placed an order for a couple of fittings, expected these in a couple of days as there was no mention of "this item is special order only" or suchlike......
The following day my card was debited for my order.
A week later, i chased by phone as had no dispatch notification or tracking info, only to be told they never had any stock in the first place and they were on a 2 week lead time.
Utterly disgraceful,
No "sorry out of stock email"
No phone call, nothing.
Just another online store selling things they don't own with back-back ordering and blaming their supplier when chased by a customer.
