Used them years ago and they were wonderful.
Ordered a service few months ago and after four days nothing was delivered. Excuses and they promised me a refund.
Two months later: New order, paid additional $30 for 24hr turn around
After over 48hrs we have not received anything.
Their phone number for support is out of service
No reply to two emails 12 hrs apart.
Why are you not allowed to give ZERO stars?

Update: March 6, 2018: Almost a week after request for refund.
Pinnacle logo SUSAN has ignored request. Opened Paypal case.

I hope they will force my money back.

I am so disappointed with this company. We had them design our company logo back in 2013, and they did and amazing job! I have called and left several several messages and sent several emails for them to have them design another line art logo that we could use on promotional items, and haven't received any communication back from them. I started trying to contact them at the beginning of August. It is now October 10th, and I still haven't had any response from them at all. We need to order promotional items for the holidays, and now I will have to go in search of another design company. I have called at least 10 times, and no one ever picks up the phone. After leaving this many messages and sending this many emails, I cannot recommend them to anyone. This sort of customer service is unacceptable.

It was a pleasure working with Pinnacle Logo. Before discovering Pinnacle Logo we had worked with two other companies and neither was able to convert our vision into a logo we liked. Susan took our ideas, created samples, and worked with us until we were thrilled with our logo. The speed at which the project was completed and the quality of customer service were amazing.

Pinnacle Logo, is a fantastic company, they will be my design company for any new future projects, excellent service and great communication. Pinnacle logo not only produced a top notch quality logo, but they welcomed my ideas and images to be incorporated into the design process. They were prompt and even issued size modifications were I was lacking in graphics expertise, so that I may utilize the logo in different arenas. I was given the original logo art in different file forms for internet and print options, and the cost was more than reasonable and resizing was done for free. I definitely recommend Pinnacle Logo, A+ on professionalism.

I have used Pinnacle Logo twice for 2 different companies. Both experiences were consistently positive. The response is fast, professional, and delivered as requested per package chosen. Revisions are quick and Susan is a pleasure to work with on getting what you envision. Love it!!

We searched for a custom logo provider, and used Pnnacle for a logo that we wanted created. They gave us exactly what we wanted, and made a few slight mods after discussion that made it even better. We then needed another logo, and turned to Pnnacle again. Right off the bat, the first sample sent was a homerun for us. No changes needed. Boom, they nailed on the first try. We ordered the rush option on this one and it was delivered quickly. I was a bit hesitant to do the rush order, because I didn't want a "rushed" logo. To my surprise, it was even better than the first time! We will absolutely use Pinnacle for all future design needs. They are fantastic to deal with.

Pinnacle is one of the best and cheapest logo designers on the web. Other guys want upwards of $300 for logo creation. Why pay that when Pinnacle does just as good of job for a fraction of that cost? I am not a paid reviewer. Pinnacle did a logo for an up-and-coming company of mine and I already put in another order for another logo for a different company of mine. It doesn't get any better than this folks! Customer service is spot on, extremely responsive, and talented. You can sure spend more money on logo creation, but Pinnacle is as good as it gets at a fraction of the cost!

I had a logo done, was happy the logo was done in a timely manner, communication was good and the final logo was done well with all around very good professional services.

Overall I give Pinnacle Logo an A+ on their service in designing my logo. Their pricing was comparable to other companies I looked at, but their choice of packages was far superior and provided more service for the money. Once they began support they were responsive in accordance with the timeline they stated. They provided an initial sample of logos based upon very minimal requirements I provided and all were quality work. When I decided to take attributes from three different logos to finalize mine, their work was even better. In the end, I was very pleased with my logo and everyone that has seen it loves it too. Great job by Pinnacle Logo!

Pinnacle Logo provided great service. We were sent 6 logo samples the following day. Half of them were quality logos so it was hard to decide, however, we finally selected one. Our logo is everything we asked for -elegant and simple! I would absolutely use their services again!

I have never had an official logo for my small business. This year, I wanted to get an official logo. I searched all over the internet and found Pinnacle. They were fantastic to work with on my very limited budget. They did several small revisions to perfect the logo. It amazed me how close they were right from the beginning when I only wrote out what I imagined. Their artist are very creative. I would say the quality was equal to some other companies that charge hundred of dollar more. I can't thank them enough. Now we look professional.
