Seems like great value for money

Used a comparison site because my old caravan insurer no longer does policies.
Top of the list was Ping Insure, offering the same description as my old insurance for just over half the price that I paid last year.
I haven’t used them for a claim but then I haven’t claimed from any of the companies in the past 20 years, so they may be great, maybe not but the same could be said for the companies charging much more

Very poor communications

Tried to communicate 5 times. No reminder to renew current policy.
Eventually renewed policy but with two not 3 years discount and been over a week trying to correct this with no solution?
