Placed an order with this company 21st May 2025 was sent an email to track my order which I did order supposedly was delivered to me 17th June according to tracking never arrived have sent countless emails to different address no response as expected thankfully it was only 58 pounds they had off me could of been more I thought I was ordereing off dunelm but it wasn’t please be aware of this company
Ordered some hard to find wallpaper from this company back in mid-May and have heard nothing since. I opened an online account, put the items in the basket and paid for my order. After 2 weeks of waiting for my delivery I decided to check the progress of my order only to find when logging on that according to them I had no orders placed with them? I checked my bank to find that I had indeed paid for this order. It was very hard to find a way of contacting them but eventually found an email for their parent company ISAIKO NT BUSINESS LLC
DENVER and sent one off to ask what had happened to my order? I have heard nothing back from them and I now have to accept the fact that my money is gone and my wallpaper will not be turning up anytime soon. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
