I order my products and still waiting to hear from the pharmacy if they have been sent to me or not. No correspondence with me, except marketing emails. But with regards to my products I ordered online, I am still to hear when they are to be sent out or if they have beeb already. Poor correspondence.

The products selected are of good quality and arrived very quickly , l did not put 5 stars because the price of delivery apparently seemed low but eventually when you complete the order there are many extra charges that are not highlighted at the begin.

I do not recommend shopping at this store. I ordered a medication that requires proper storage conditions and was supposed to be shipped via priority mail to avoid damage during transport. Unfortunately, the seller sent it as a regular package, ignoring the guidelines regarding temperature and delivery time. As a result, the medication is no longer usable, and its effectiveness may be seriously compromised. A complete lack of professionalism and responsibility — I’m very disappointed with the service and the store’s approach to customers.
