Still waiting for order
Still waiting for order, terrible customer service, don’t seem to know what they are doing.. Endless emails asking where is my order, still not resolved 👎
Had a reply from Pilgrim, apologies I forgot to mention the emails, they have been in touch but never took any responsibility, it was down to me to chase my order, that is not good enough.
I have had an email stating it’s been returned to them?? I shall wait for the re-order..

I have been buying your jewellery for myself and presents for around 18years.my favourite was the flowers cascading all around the neck.i also love the chunky necklaces and the rings that were in a flower shape with big stones i have nearly all of them and im still wearing them from when they first came out.i wish you would bring all of these back so I can buy them again.

Laurene and Rikke were super understanding and responsive to my customer service request. I’d purchased a pair of hoop earrings and unfortunately lost one as it fell out due to a loose back. I’ve been compensated and this amounts to excellent customer service. I plan to repurchase these lovely earrings and hope to obtain secure backs myself.
