DO NOT purchase from this company. I ordered directly from their website and was scammed. This company will leak your name and address to other companies. I purchased a pair of shoes approximately 3 months ago. I returned them shortly after. When you make a return online you must click a button. This button opens a pop up window which auto generates a return label for you. I didnt verify it carefully and used the auto-label to return an item. A month later and after no reply from the company, I inquired about my return. They told me it was a totally wrong label and that they wouldnt refund me. I was totally unaware that the label they generated was false. I was scammed. Please be careful with this company. Customer service will avoid you and will not give you supervisor information or contact info. I never received any refund for the pair of shoes I purchased and my personal identifiable information may have been leaked as a consequence. I will never shop here again

Hi guys i bought some 15A-6175 Fuencarral men''s shoes and after one month of normal using one of the two shoes'external seam it's broken and split open it.. I wrote an email to customer service and received no reply ..

I have been a costumer for years and I am very satisfied with my Pikolinos shoes, always very good quality and superfast forwarding. Just 4 days from Alicante to Denmark.

I’ve been wearing pikolnos for many years recently I noticed the quality seemed like it was slipping so I made a comment to my girlfriend. are these pikolinos made in China now? She googled it and sure Made In China.$150 for shoes that come apart at the seems., Cheap Garbage. I’ll never buy again.

Ordered my boots on line and recieved them as promised within 4 working days .delighted with my new boots ,they are up to the normal pikolinos standard I would expect . Thank you to all staff .

Save yourself the hassle. Do not do business with these people. The product is great if you receive it. But good luck receiving it. If you receive it, it’s probably the wrong product.

Not worth the money anymore. Old Piks (made in Spain) last for years and with a light polish they look good. New Piks (I presume Chinese made) fall apart after just a few months. Stitching comes away, soles not glued properly. There’s too much competition out there to keep wasting your money on a ‘has-been’ brand.

I have five pairs of Pikolinos shoes. The first four were made in Spain. I love them. The fifth pair was made in China. I had ordered three pairs to try them and all three pairs were sized differently even though they were labeled as size 44. Dealing with customer service was a nightmare. I ended up with a pair that fit but they are not the same quality as the ones made in Spain. I won't buy any more Pikolinos. It's a shame because they used to be so good.

Pikolinos. Listen to me. Go back to Spain and go back to making excellent quality shoes and I may buy from you again. I'm not buying cheap Chinese made junk.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with the bad opinions here. I used to buy these shoes in Spain and in Italy, they were good leather and good quality. About a year ago I noticed that the quality had gone down but I thought it was just a one off. Last fall I ordered 2 pair and never received them (got a refund). But the online site still says 'processing' on that cancelled order!

I just today received 4 pair to try, all 4 poor quality. They do not say what they are made of or where they are made. Probably the original company was sold and the quality went down. I will be returning these and will not buy from them again.

Worst run business ever. Don't waste your money with this rogue business. This is a business with no customer services, no order control, no one picks the phone, no one responds to emails after trying for over 30 days. I placed an order for a male shoes size 42 EU, I received a female shoes size 36 EU and now I am stuck with it, because there is no one to talk to. They will be happy to take your money.

Bad customer service. They sell shoes on sale they do not have.

I am plesantly surpised by the online shop, the customer service, great tracking and shipment! Not at least the quality! Initially I was worried about the order after I have red all the reviews, but I have taken the risk and it is worthy.

Consumers Beware! Pikolinos markets itself as a high quality, Spanish leather shoe brand. However, the shoes & boots are actually MADE IN CHINA with a quality befitting a $30 shoe rather than a $200+ shoe. Shame on you Pikolinos for your deceptive ads. I was impressed with your online design images and thought I was buying genuine, Spanish-crafted, high quality leather products. Instead, I received poor fitting, low quality shoes and boots. The boots arrived creased, scuffed, and were made of a plasticky, thin leather, with zippers that stuck. I tried them on just to see if they were even comfortable, but my feet actually ached just from walking around the house to check the fit. The leather of the shoes was better than the boots, but they were also scuffed and fit poorly. Sizing down would not make a difference as the shoes hit my arch in a strange way.
Sadly, this appears to be another company that probably started off right, but then let the bean counters transfer manufacturing to China and trump quality for short term profits.
I am returning my purchase and don’t intend to buy this brand again. I wish I had read recent reviews before buying and I hope I don’t have to fight like others have claimed to get my money refunded. Thank goodness my credit card company is good about protecting its members from this sort of stuff. I will try to write an update on my refund.

I am really disappointed this year. I have been wearing pikolinos for a few years now and I have a pair from 2016 up until 2019 (each year). The Royal W4D W4D-8717 style this year is still made with leather on the outside but the inside of the shoe is made with cheap fabric. Usually it's a thick knit material and I noticed a huge difference from prior years. This year the inner fabric of the ankle boot is thinned out and flimsy compared to prior years. Pikolinos used to make high quality shoes but are now jumping on the cheap bandwagon. I have gotten these ankle boots every year for 4 years. Clearly the company tried to hide it by making the fabric you can't see, cheaper quality this year but not fooled.

I bough good looking shoes in Spain for €110, had a good try walking around the shop, back to Gibraltar I can't where them more than 15 min. My feet getting numb, I have to stop, take them of for another 15 min. Yesterday was so bad, I had to walk home from work barefoot!
Today I am in pain, can't walk in any shoes. How good is that?!🤨

I love their products but recently when something went wrong, their customer support team were absolutely fabulous! They handled the issue professionally and extremely efficiently. I've an even bigger fan now! That's what premium brands are all about. Well done to you all!

UPDATE: Pikolinos have now agreed to ship me a new pair immediately. Bought a pair of boots in Spain. On return to the UK, I discovered the lining was ripped. Pikolinos asked that I sent photos and copy of the receipt, which I duly did. They have said that they will arrange to pick up the faulty pair, although goodness knows when they seem unable to tell me. And then will ship me a replacement. I have asked for an immediate replacement as I have a special occasion coming up but they are refusing to ship a new pair immediately. I have tried to phone them on the Customer service number in Spain but I keep getting cut off. Each email takes at least twelve hours to get an answer. I can see this is going to take at least two weeks to get resolved.

I have been buying Pikolinos for years now, whether in Spain or from their website. The leather quality is excellent, they tend to look good even when nearly worn out and they are so light and comfortable, highly recommended. When ordering online they always arrive with beautiful and robust packaging, I've never had an issue.

I ordered 2 pairs from Pikolinos one pair of boots and one pair of shoes. Shoes didn't fit - I had extreme trouble getting a returns label from Pikolinos - first phone call they promised a label, which did not arrive - the 2nd phone call went unanswered as did messages to Customer Services, the third phone call to them DID result in a returns label being sent to me so I returned the shoes and have NOT received a refund. The tracking number on the label Pikolinos sent to me PayPal tell me is invalid. The tracking No: UPS STANDARD Tracking No: 1Z 1VS 976 91 9820 7784. Neither pair of shoes came from Pikolinos with any paperwork of any kind and as I bought them with PayPal the only number I have is a Paypal number: Order 2800038865. I would like to buy from Pikolinos again but now don't feel that their promise of free delivery and free returns works properly.
