Pietra di luna annexe…

Would like to add a couple of comments to my latest review on trustpilot, thank you for prompt reply, but you have not addressed the main points raised, the standout one being you entered into a contract with us to supply a 14 night stay in a FOUR STAR hotel and you placed us in a THREE STAR guest house.this seems to be a breach of contract, you even gave us false information re the accessability to the room (the number of steps up to room.)
We would like to know what you intend to do to resolve this?
