My dress came quickly and is perfect! Quality is so good I’m delighted!

I’ve always been very happy with this shop! Shipping to Germany has always been smooth and hassle-free, and the items are always so unique and special. You can really tell that everything is carefully selected. I’ve had a great experience every time and will definitely keep coming back!

Very disappointing experience.

I purchased a top from Pien & Pino for €64.95. With shipping, the total order amount was €95.06, including €30.11 in shipping costs.

The first issue was that my order was duplicated. I ended up being charged twice for products that I only intended to purchase once. When I contacted customer service about this problem, I did not receive a solution.

As a result, I decided to return one of the tops. The return was approved, but I was informed that neither the original shipping costs (€30.11) nor the return costs (€6.50) would be refunded.

The final refund amount is only €58.45.

What disappoints me most is not only the money, but the overall customer experience. Throughout the process, every issue and every cost seemed to fall entirely on me as the customer, despite the problems I encountered with my order.

In the end, I will have spent approximately €122 while keeping only one top worth €64.95.

Customer service was polite in their responses and apologized for the inconvenience, but no practical solution was ever offered.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this store and I would encourage future customers to carefully review the shipping and return policies before placing an order.

I managed to get the last ones — a true Jeans extraordinaire — from PienPino, and I’m completely obsessed.
The design is exceptional. Clean, distinctive, and incredibly well made. A real statement piece without trying too hard.
Shipping from NL to Germany was unbelievably fast. Exactly how it should be but rarely is.

One of the items I ordered was not available anymore. I received my money back for that item, but I am now already waiting for more than 2 weeks for the delivery of the other item of that order. Also, already emailed a couple of times. Despite them promising a fast delivery, a couple weeks ago I also had to wait for my order for longer than a week...
