Very bad customer service.

We user pay 40 or 100 Euros per month to join to get contact with beauties who seek hot dates, or sugar daddies. While updating your profile you can get logged out suddenly and denied access to your account. After many hours of waiting for a response from customer service, they will simply tell you: " you intentionally deleted the account. " we can't help you".. " you lost your account and money"..
It's either the worse customer service or a scam.
They claim that there was a confirmation window before the deletion - which was not true in my situation.
After several written complaints, they agreed to reinstate my subscription.
