If you deal with piece-mobile.com you should expect the following
- no support and too much delay in response and I doubt that emails and support requests are checked on daily basis.
- you expect to receive original items while in real you will receive Ali-Express compatible not genuine item with less than half price you already paid
- they hesitate to accept the idea that customer is not happy with item and it is his right to return the item and get a refund.
I don't recommend dealing with one man company like this at all.
In summary if you need to loose your money to get fake items and to have very poor support then it is your choice.

ordered a replacement black tactile screen for a J5, after several weeks received a gold model for a different phone, after several emails where they insist it's the one I ordered and just don't listen and even said to send it back at my cost, I finally gave up and will purchase in a shop.
these guys are idi*ts, and they treat you like an idiot too.
avoid at all costs, they're a bunch of cowboys.

Battery is very good. No problems.
