I bought a license for their label creator many years ago and was able to transfer to a new machine having lost my info through contacting them, very helpful, very quick and forever grateful, thanks.

Called as I had a query. Dealt with immediately by Maxine who put me through to the lovely Peter who patiently talked me through what I needed to do and had the problem fixed within minutes! Excellent customer service from a purchase I made a few years ago. I would highly recommend using this company!

A friendly, helpful and very technically aware team form the basis of a company that really demonstrates how service and customer support should be done. We have used PID for several years now, they couldn't have been more helpful during pre-sales and were never pushy. Implementation went smoothly. Recently we had to reinstall product due to problems with a PC operating system upgrade. They guided us through the process and did the final configuration quickly and without drama. A really first rate company; highly recommend.
