Love there jewelry beautiful thank you

I have always found exactly what I was looking for each time I needed or wanted a key chain or necklace. The items are of very good quality and if you time it right, you can save a little money by ordering during one of their many sales. I have always received fast service and my orders have always been spot on. I couldn't be happier ordering from Pictures On Gold.

Product/Order was received quickly. However, I was a little disappointed in the appearance of the picture, it was darker. I ordered a charm using the same picture from a different company (cheaper, not 14K) and the picture was lighter, perfect.

I ordered a custom police officer star badge necklace, and it looked nothing like what was advertised on the website. The star wasn’t even symmetrical, the lettering was crooked and misaligned, it arrived scratched, and the bottom of the pendant started turning black almost immediately.
I returned the pendant and requested a refund, but the company refused because it was a custom order. They know exactly what they’re doing by having a no-refund policy on custom items. The quality is terrible, and the product is nothing like what’s shown on their website.
Don’t buy from this company. You’ll be stuck with a cheap, poorly made product and no refund.

This company does amazing work. The pictures & jewelry are beautiful works of art.
My granddaughter is going to love it.

I originally left a review because the piece received, i feel wasnt as bright and colorful as shown on the website. I assumed maybe they hadnt selected color engraving or something. They reached out, and wanted to assure i was satisfied with my order. They sent me a replacement and it is PERFECT!

I placed an order online on a Sunday morning. Realized I did not make it clear about a special instruction, so I called the phone number thinking I would leave a voicemail. A nice lady named Rose answered my call and was very happy to make sure that my special instruction was received. I also thought it shipped very quickly even with engraving.

I ordered the stainless steel photo bracelet with a picture of my dog who passed. I received it in two days. I think it came out as expected. I have no complaints.

I have been looking at the St Rita bracelet for while. It was shipped and received quickly. It is beautiful. It sits flat at the top of the bracelet which I wasn't expecting but that's ok. I'm going to get it in stain steel as well.

The jewelry is nice, but when they repaired my chain, they sent back a chain that was 3 inches longer than the original. I sent it back to be corrected, they kept it for over almost 2 months, and then sent back the same 3-inch-longer chain.. I’m waiting to hear back from them now, will update based on resolution.

Update: The customer service team has been very helpful, and I will continue to update my review based on the outcome/when I get the correct length chain back.

This company is a scam! I purchased a locket that was scratched and a sterling silver necklace (still have never received) and they will not give me a refund. I have now escalated it to the BBB and they still are saying no refund, but they’ll send me a chain with my damaged locket. Do not waste your time or money. It’s a scam!

My first experience ordering a dog tag with a photo and engraving on the back. I attached the photo to my order with the message for engraving. This is my daughter’s first year without her Dad for Father’s Day and I wanted something special with delivery on time. The item arrived on time and it’s absolutely beautiful. I was so excited that I gave it to her today and she loves it the silver is nice and the material is thick and not cheap.

We ordered two religious medals there were supposed to be solid 14K white gold. Both medals had a different picture than what was advertised. One of the medals was yellow and was not stamped. We tried reaching out to the merchant but they ghosted us. Buyer beware. We were scammed by this company. We learned a very hard lesson that you should never purchase jewelry online.

The customer service is excellent. I’ve never been disappointed in anything I order. The turnaround time is quick and they will accommodate any reasonable requests I have asked for.

Bought a heart locket for my grandaughter’s graduation. Was very happy with the large size of the heart and space for photo and inscriptions. Very quick from order to receiving it. She put it on immediately and loves it! Thank you. ❤️

I wish I had read these poor reviews before I dealt with this company. I ordered a charm with a photo, the photo I sent was very light and bright in color and the charm came out so dark you could barely see the pic on the charm. Instead of giving me a refund they decided to send a second charm that was the exact same as the first one.
I could not get in touch with the company by phone after many attempts. I had to send numerous emails back-and-forth to this person. I stated I was sending the items back because they looked nothing like the photo I sent. Instead of a refund they gave a credit, minus a shipping charge, when my original order was free shipping? Why am I deducted a charge, it wasn’t my mistake. I contacted my credit card company because I’m not going through this again.
Question a company that will not offer a refund for their mistake. I stated I don’t trust such a policy with any company.

My review was longer, but the company decided to say it was “defamatory” which it was not. It was an honest review very detailed. Trust pilot contacted me and said they decided it was Not defamatory.

My advice , read the reviews before dealing with them!!!!!!!

Great experience. The 14 k heart locket and box chain took my breath away. Got it so fast!! Gold is high right now, so the gift had to really hit the mark. Loved it so much that ordered me one and a sterling one for my daughter. Getting ready to order another for someone that lost a pet this week. I’m a fan.

I have ordered many Religious Medals for my grandchildren's Confirmation gifts, a total of 12 Medals from May 2019 to current.
The medals were exactly as depicted in the website, and the ability to personalize the medal on the back is wonderful. They are made in the USA, which is very important to me. They have always come in excellent condition and delivered very quickly, also.
I have nothing negative to say about this company.
I will be ordering again from them.
