The software has a generous supply of design assets, but the continuous full-screen upgrades to Gold are getting a bit tiring. Every third time I open a menu or finish saving an image, a subscription screen pops up. I just want to use the standard text styles and geometric shapes without being constantly nudged to pay. It works okay, but the user path is becoming too cluttered.

PicsArt constantly pushed and promoted…
PicsArt constantly pushed and promoted the free trial in the app, so I eventually signed up thinking I’d try it out. There was no clear reminder that the trial was ending and no proper prompt warning me I was about to be charged for a full annual subscription.
I was then charged around £85 for an app I literally never used once. As soon as I noticed the charge, I cancelled the subscription and requested a refund through Apple twice, but both requests were rejected. Unfortunately £85 is a lot of money to me.
Really disappointing experience. The free trial is heavily promoted, but the renewal and cancellation process feels unclear and misleading.

I have tried many photo editing apps and Picsart is by far the best. I have had the app for years and use it all the time. The remove feature works so well you can't tell there has been anything removed. They have amazing stickers and frames. The AI features are amazing. All in all definitely 5 stars.

I’ve been using Picsart for about 13 years. It’s my go to for all photo editing projects. I have never used the paid version because I just can’t afford it but I am happy with the quality and quantity of the free editing tools.
