I purchased two dream custom pet portrait bracelets. One featured my two cats and the other my two dogs. Overall, I like the style of their jewelry (pink beads and pearls). I ordered my bracelets back in July 2024 and received them July 2025 even though the description said 20 week back order which would only be December/ January. I emailed the company many times because I wanted an update on my order and was told they would be working on my order soon. A couple more months went by and finally I was told that Katie was working on my order. I loved the way my two cat charms came out but both my dogs were terrible. The features I wanted highlighted were not so they kindly remade them but that took two more months. Finally they sent me new photos of the dog charms and even though I didn’t love one of them I just accepted it because I wanted my bracelet already (the left ear is messed up). They also didn’t ship me the cat bracelet even though it was ready two months prior which was frustrating. They were accommodating with sending pictures of the different beads and making sure I loved the way the bracelet looked. Trying to figure out what size I wanted the bracelet to be was challenging but I did it then way they recommended on their website and trusted the process. I finally got my bracelets and I’m so disappointed. The gold metal toggle clasp doesn’t feel like good quality, it’s very light weight and I feel like it will discolor easily and fall off. The string they use is also very thin and I hope doesn’t break easily. I asked for custom glass floral beads to be added to both bracelets and they are different sizes which is driving me crazy. They are thick and a good size on my cat bracelet but very thin and small on my dog bracelet. Also, since the cat bracelet has thicker charms it fits more snug than my dog bracelet but I was told they measure the inner circumference to avoid that problem but it’s still snug. I wanted to wear the bracelets together and I can’t because they fit too tight and since the beads are different sizes, it looks funny. The cat charms are a nice size but the dog charms are very small. In the end, this is a cute idea but 100% not worth the cost. I spent $530 for the two bracelets and I’m kicking myself for spending that much for what I got.

Absolutely terrible experience. I commissioned a custom piece for my mom’s birthday nearly 3 months in advance. They were clear on when I needed it and confirmed their understanding. They didn’t start on the piece until just over a week before it was due and the first version looked rushed. They made a second version which was better and posted it, yet it arrived 5 days after I needed it! Leaving me scrambling to find a last minute alternative gift. I asked them to just cancel the order at list point or send me a label to return it. They then completely stopped responding. I had to protest the charge with my credit card to get it reversed. Such a bummer and terrible customer service— steer clear!

I recently had a bespoke Kitty charm necklace made for my daughter. It was gorgeous and my daughter is so happy with it.
I gave plenty of advance notice and sent plenty of photos of my daughters cat. Communication from the team was excellent throughout the entire process.
If you want something a little different, then I highly recommend them. 👌
