Appalling

I had an appalling experience at this garage. I had booked in for an interim service with diagnostics and had requested - and had confirmed by email - a courtesy car.

When I arrived I could sense a level of disinterest but I persevered- it must be no fun working in a garage in this heat.

I was told they had one guy working so my car wouldn’t be finished today. I said that’s fine, although I do need my car, I will have a courtesy car.

I was then told, with no apology, that because I booked through the AA I would not receive a courtesy car. I said I would be stranded there and not able to get home. The person on reception could not care less.

I then had to cancel the service and take my car away and spend goodness knows how long on the phone to the AA trying to arrange a refund.

I feel extremely let down by Pickwick Motor Works, they were rude and offered no apology at all. I would never go back.
