Shipping price ridiculous. Poor customer service

I've ordered and owned many Picasso Tungsten worm weights in the past from Tacklewarehouse and their customer service was fine. There was one color and weight size I needed that I couldn't find anywhere but directly from Picassooutdoors. I ordered 1 Pack of the color and weight I needed and it cost me almost $14.00 for shipping. The weights were only $7.95. Total for one item was over $23.00. The worst part was the weights came with the color warn and discolored. When I called the Customer service was horrible. The man wanted me to take a picture and pay to send back a tiny pack of weights (Not taking my word for it). He was rude and obnoxious. I told him he just lost a good customer.
