I have been having problems with my wallet, as it seems to have two wallets and I am only aware of the one that is empty. I have contacted the customer service team several times over the past month, but I never get a reply. Their customer service team is unhelpful, and the app has many issues. Once you face any of these issues, you don’t know what to do and no one will help. The only thing they seem to care about is making us watch lengthy ads to earn money.

I've been scammed of my pi coins through the pi network. My coins were released from lockup but I couldn't migrate it over to my available balance because I had insufficient funds. I then done research and I came across a youtube video that explained that after i have signed into my pi wallet I should tap on the address bar and punch in www .piaccess .org and then transfer the total pi I want to from the lockup to my available balance. Somehow when I done tht everything was transferred from my acc to another pioneer on the pi network. I didn't give anyone permission to access my pi wallet. I've logged this complaint about month ago on the pi support network but no one has replied as of yet. So it looks to me as a inside job. Please someone investigate, because if it's true then this company needs to pay

It's a scam to get your personal information, whether they sell it to third party idk, but they do not care about all the people that has been giving this thievery crypto upstart their mobile data, time and for some poor souls their money, the creators are completely unethical and immoral.

Pi Network is a legit cryptocurrency platform, it is energy efficient and also environmentally friendly. It is just that cryptocurrency is not a get rich quick thing. Pi Network would attain it's GCV in the year 2030, so only the patient and persistent miners of Pi, would benefit from it.

I have been using the app a few months now I've already completed kyc and migrated to my wallet I am very interested in learning and seeing where the pi network goes I'll come back and give a five star rating as soon as I can withdraw

Might be a scam. They get you to keep clicking a button. The button pressing has been going on for over a year. Not sure if it's a tech thing waiting to happen or a scam and the clicking on the computer to mine is paying PI and not pioneers ?
