Sorry but I found it too bulky also made my leg sweat so became uncomfortable. You could also send some fitting instructions in the parcel as it’s a bit confusing how to do it.

Slight disappointment
Slight disappointment as I had to pay for next day delivery, as the free delivery option wasn't working. I then had to wait several days for it to be delivered. I couldn't track it as the tracking link was broken, so all in all not the most professional set up. But on contacting them via email I was given another link. I have requested a refund for the delivery charge and have been assured I will receive the refund. All without quibble. So if they sort out their tracking and maybe stop using their current company for deliveries, I wouldn't be against using them again.

My physio recommended that I buy gel insoles
My physio recommended that I buy some insoles from your site, to help with recovery from two injured ankles ( one broken, one badly sprained).
The insoles arrived very promptly and have proved very he,ocular in relieving the symptoms I am impressed with your service.

The order was short shipped
The order was short shipped. The knee brace was not shipped and no pump with the balance ball. Sent 2 to 3 emails, was promised they would ship replacements, but after three days still no sign of the items.
The customer service is very poor, no ability to contact except by email. The link they sent for shipment tracking was broken

Excellent service from the team and good product. The only reason it misses a 5 star review is the delivery time. In the end it was 4 days and no ability to track it.I would still be happy to order items from this team though, as their in house goods and service are so good.

There is something seriously wrong with…
There is something seriously wrong with the distribution center for this business, they sent me the wrong product, did not send an automated invoice to my email so impossible to track except thru PayPal and are rubbish are returns/customer service. And if you read the reviews others are experiencing the same issue.
Major problems here AVOID this ecomm order factory.

Rubbish. Poor service. Incorrect items.
It's simple, I ordered 4 items.
2 Elbow supports size XL
2 arm sleeves size xl
1st delivery I received
2 arm sleeves
1 kinetic physio tape
After sending an email
Next day delivery I received
2 elbow supports
1 size small
1 size large
I emailed again asking for my correct items to be sent and address for me to return the 3 incorrect items... And nothing...
I still require to get elbow supports that fit me,
I appreciate physio room ztried to address their error quickly, however they messed up again, and now I've paid for items and sent goods I can't use.
The level of service is poor, the quality is shocking yet simple to put right, like send people what they ordered.
I will not use physio room again nor recommend them to anyone else.

Ordered sports tape which wasn't delivered but when I contacted them they have said delivered and signed for. When I have asked where, when and who they have ignored my emails. Awful customer service and will definitely not be buying here again

Low back support belt
