I bought 2 knee braces to help with mu…
I bought 2 knee braces to help with mu knee pain. The product was supposed to be delivered by Hermes, they provided no real time tracking and so i wasnt in when the delivery came. They left the package in the door letterbox (despite there being an actual letterbox at the entrance), took a pic of the package and claimed it was signed for then left. The package was missing when i arrived. I raised the issue wirh customer service and i have to wait for their supposed investigation.
I nearly orderd from Amazon, where i usually do and in hindsight i should have. Atleast they let you track your package.

Ordered an item on 22nd March
Ordered an item on 22nd March. Package arrived on the 25th March without the item being included. Went back on the 25th to report the item missing. It took until the 28th to reply to my email but I was told another item will be sent. It’s now April and nothing has been received so I’m going back to my card company for a refund. The annoying bit is that I really needed the item to treat an injury and now I have to start the whole process with another provider. Avoid.

Product is fine just the wrong size sent to me first which was a bit of an inconvenience but Physio Room were excellent in dealing with it and as soon as I told them a new one arrived even before the wrong one was sent back

I have ordered several items and all were of good quality, well made ,well priced and came by courier the next day. But what makes the company really good is the excellent customer service. You are speaking to a real person immediately, no endless option dialling, your problem is addressed and solved on the spot. I had an issue with the given size chart which was not matching the item so it was far too large for me, and the correct size was with me the next day with a printable returns label for the other. All very easy and hassle free. Can only recommend!

Knee braces ordered for skiing were very effective.
Though I was not notified by Hermes when the parcel would be delivered, it just appeared at the neighbours!
