Nice, but peel and stick doesn't stick
The wallpaper is very nice. The order was delivered quickly, and everything needed was included. The installation instructions are very good and are explained in a simple and clear way. The whole process worked very well.
I chose the peel-and-stick wallpaper because, as a graphic designer, I am more used to working with self-adhesive films than with traditional wallpaper and paste. Unfortunately, the peel-and-stick did not stick well.
The wall was freshly plastered. We let it dry for 4 months and then applied a primer. After the primer dried, we put the wallpaper on a dry, clean and dust-free wall. After only two strips, I noticed that the wallpaper started to come off. The adhesive does not hold.
Because I have some experience with adhesive films, I made wallpaper paste myself and put it under the loose areas. I also warmed the wallpaper with a hairdryer to help the adhesive. It is holding okay for now, but I am not sure how long it will last.
The wallpaper always has to be placed about 1 mm over the previously installed strip so that, in the end, it lines up exactly with the last strip. This is because the backing paper on the back sticks out by about 1 mm. Because of this, you cannot clearly see what you are doing and have to work extremely precisely. Since the wallpaper is also not very flexible, there is almost no room to adjust it afterwards.
3 stars because the service and the overall process are really great. I also like the design, and it is printed in high quality (no blurry edges). I reduced 2 stars because the peel-and-stick wallpaper does not stick properly.

Wallpaper Not the Same colour as in the pictures or Name of the colour. Ordered a „sand“ wallpaper and it came in green. After i send them an email they told me i can get 65€ (i payed 400€).

Good photos prints, but sent as 3 pieces, hard to stick it as one
After seeing in the website. it was looking good 100x100. I was expecting it as one printed sheet rolled in container. But to my surprise the photo was cut into 3 pieces. Its very hard for a normal person to paste it without mistake, we tried our best to stick 3 pieces as close as possible. But still the space can be seen between pieces. Not so satisfied :-(

Our murals are printed on panels that are always 45 cm or 17.7 inches wide. These panels are marked with numbers on top so that you know in which order they are to be mounted, which is always installed starting from left to right. We have this information in our assembly instructions and I am so sorry if you feel that this was unclear.

Unsatisfactory Customer Service Experience and Return Process. Waste of money.
"I placed an order and needed clarification on the type of wallpaper suitable for my surface. Unfortunately, while I was seeking this clarification, they had already dispatched the wallpaper, which wasn't what I wanted. Although they agreed to accept the return, the nearest FedEx drop-off location is 25 km away from me. Overall, I'm not satisfied with the customer service causing inconvenience.
