Trustable and amazing experience
I want to express my gratitude for Photo Cine Comedie Group online shop, which gave to me the best experience I could imagine. I was looking for a Lumix LX 100M2 camera for a long time in my country (Portugal), once I couldn’t buy it in my country, I started to look in neighbourhood country and that was the time I found this online shop with a chat available to simplify our communication. Fortunately, they got the camera I was looking for, but I’ve shown myself worried about online shopping with a huge amount and I didn’t want to be scammed. They understood my concerns and quickly tried to show to me they were trustable, they sent me the link they purposely made for me and without asking for they attached in that e-mail a truly picture of the camera and the shop (they didn’t have to do it, but it helped me a lot), so I decided trust them and I bought it. During the buy process, the assistant had always been with me picking and fill in all blank spaces needed to procced with the buy. They were very patient with me, especially because I don’t speak French, but they were always kind answering all my questions (and I did a lot, they were very patience). Everything went well and I’ve just received my camera and the product is new and without any problems, I’m very happy with this buy. They deserve our trust. I totally recommend this online shop!
