The package was sent via Evri but somehow got into the Royal Mail. I had to pay £7.00 to retrieve it. You need to take this up with Evri. I have a photo of the package.

Need to be able to save your uploaded photos
Good quality prints that always arrive promptly. However, my one bugbear is when I upload photos onto the site then go to view another product or click off the site for example, when you go back all the prints are no longer uploaded, and I have to start all over again. If I'm logged into my account and I upload photos to make prints they should stay there.

Highly efficient book production process
I've produced numerous books and calendars with Photobox, and keeping coming back since their quality, speed and price are difficult to beat. Also, the software for book creation is now absolutely top notch. Congratulations to the IT team for producing something so flexible, so full of options, and that saves the results as you go.
This one came back a week before it was due - the production speed was astonishing.
My latest book was slightly disappointing in terms of printing though - images a little lacking in contrast and brightness. Maybe that was my fault in the setup I have, but after the last couple of books, it's not quite to the same standard, although i did not pay extra for gloss this time.

Not great
The photo choosing wasn't clear how to do as a newbie to this. When we got the book the quality of the colour pictures was not great, had some separate pictures printed and were much better. Idea is good but probs won't do it again.

Satisfied customer. The website was easy to use and it there was a good selection of sizes, backgrounds, stickers, text etc. Price was also good as I was able to get a second copy at half price which was excellent. No issues with delivery. Will use again for another project when offers on.

Really hard to speak to someone. Hard to navigate to change mug picture to wrap round. Second order did not see an option for gloss so photos were matt.

I had decided to do my first photobox…
I had decided to do my first photobox book shortly after returning from a special holiday in November 2025. I worked on it which I found easy until I got to the end and realised that I had chosen the wrong size book. I spent a very long time trying to get help to transfer all the photos as already chosen and placed … and in the end shelved the whole idea, as I realised that I would have had to start at the beginning again.
Recently I decided to try again and with help from my son, this time by choosing the correct sized book, it worked. If only there had been an option to change size of book at the end, l would probably be on my 6th or 7th book by now.
