Update 30/05/2013 :
Phonespot has responded to the complaint and they have agreed to reimburse the deducted costs and also agreed to pay one side of the delivery charges. The most positive aspect (the reasons for giving 4 stars) is they have agreed to change their website in a week to make it explicit the type of the phone i.e. new , used , refurbished etc to the customer while ordering so that there are no more confusions.
Old review :
The site sold me a refurbished/used phone without mentioning that it is a used one at the time of placing an order. When i sent them a mail saying that i am not interested in refurbished piece. They reply back that they are not sure if they can return the money unless they are sure that i have not used it. On one hand, they sent you a used phone and claims that no money will be returned if it is used. I told them that i am leaving on holidays. First they delayed the response which resulted in me not being able to return the device on time and they charged me for it. In the end, I lost approximately 30 - 35 euros for nothing. So I would strongly advise not to do any business with them.
