Dreadful 'hotel'

Dreadful 'hotel'. Hovel is the right word to describe this place. I have no idea how it has any positive reviews. Maybe people are with such low standards.
First, there is no reception. It's a bar, and you need to wait till orders for drink and food from customers have been taken. Then you will be meet with the rudest foreign lady, who just barks at you for your ID. Then she disappears away somewhere in the back, and it takes her 10 min to appear again. Meanwhile you arestanding by the security guard and load of drunken people. Then she comes back to let you know that you have not booked a room, despite booking.com already taking the money. Eventually, after half an hour of arguing with her and presenting her with evidence and booking number, she gives me a room in a basement with no windows... she did like me.
All through the night, random people were coming into my room in mistake till I locked it.
And the free car park offered was a street parking in double yellow.
Another thing they require a deposit of £250 refunded within 5 days.
Why did I stay there, but i have travelled a long distance and was very tired.
One more thing, the hotel overcharged me with £10, but after I raised it with booking.com, they refunded me.
DO NOT STAY THERE
