WE STRIVE TO BE THE BEST AT WHAT WE DO YOUR HEALTH - OUR REPUTATION We offer effective manual therapy to help your body function better. If your symptoms do not improve after a couple of days please make an appointment to come and see us. We will take a case history and give you a thorough examination, referring you for further tests if necessary. Normally the treatment consists of soft tissue and muscle energy techniques, gentle to firm joint manipulation, aiming to improve the range of movement in restricted joints. A wide range of non-invasive manual techniques, such as deep tissue massage, joint articulation, trigger point therapy, myofascial release and if appropriate medical acupuncture are widely used to help the treatment goals. Going forward we may also give you gentle exercises to help change the mechanics in your joints and improve your posture. Best wishes, PHMT Team

Wonderful and helpful for all the family

My family and I have all received excellent care from the PHMT clinic in Richmond.
My husband was successfully treated by Toni after he injured his ribs during a rugby game. I also regularly bring my children for osteopathy when they have growing pains, or struggle to fall asleep. It always helps them and they enjoy going for treatment. Kosta has helped me immensely with my chronic pain issues. Thank you so much!

I am so happy with the musculoskeletal…

I am so happy with the musculoskeletal treatment I have received for my shoulder and back numerous times. Kosta made it possible to prepare for my gymnastics competitions and win some medals. Thank you for your life-changing service.
