Almost 200 euro for 40% polyester made in china pants. The cost of production of this pants couldn’t be more than 20 euro.
Add this to a 22 euro return fee and you got yourself a nice business model.

Whilst we appreciate your perspective, PHIX does not operate a fast-fashion model. Our collections are produced in limited quantities, and we work closely with our manufacturing partners, regularly visiting them and maintaining quality assurance processes throughout production. The price of a garment reflects a wide range of factors beyond the fabric composition alone.
We also appreciate that return costs can be frustrating when an item is not suitable. Whilst our return fees are outlined prior to purchase, we understand this can be disappointing when a product does not meet your expectations.
Our customer services team is always available to provide detailed advice on fit, sizing, fabric composition, measurements and styling before an order is placed, helping customers make the most informed decision possible. Pure rockstar luxury.The Stones jacket and Bowie knitwear are stunning .
If you are looking for clothing with genuine attitude and high-end sophistication, Phix is unmatched. I recently ordered the Rolling Stones leather motorcycle jacket alongside the David Bowie inspired pullover sweater in red, and I am completely blown away. The leather on the motorcycle jacket is incredibly premium, heavy but supple, and the embroidered details and custom hardware make it a total standout piece. The Bowie pullover is equally impressive- the knit quality, fit and 70's -inspired silhouette are perfect. These aren't just clothes; they are statement pieces. Exceptional craftmanship and worth every penny.

High quality, unique clothing with a good CS team
The quality of the clothing is very high, and the cuts are unique and stunning. The courier also lost my first shipment, and I was very pleased with the responsiveness and care of their customer service team. I emailed them on a Monday evening to ask about the order, and the replacement was at my doorstep on Thursday. They also mostly did not use Zendesk macros, I could tell that a human being was writing the emails.
Well, I guess an AI could have been writing them too, but I'm pretty sure it was a human and I'm definitely sure they were written for me and my situation, which is not always the case when you reach out to a CS team.
Anyway these pants are so cool, I just ordered a coat from them as well and have very high hopes for it. I'm very glad I stumbled across this brand, it is worth the price point for clothing that I am sure I will get many excellent wears out of.

I LOVE this company
I LOVE this company. The designs are unique and the quality is exceptional. Rather than buying endless throwaway items, I'm slowly building up and investing in a few items annually from here and similar outlets and my wardrobe is much better for it. Great product, awful quality
The trousers are really cute and came quickly but the fabric is WAYYY too cheap to justify paying £170. Super thin and constantly having to lint roll them as they attract literally ANYTHING

EXTREMELY HIGH QUALITY
They make EXTREMELY HIGH QUALITY clothes. I have purchased a stunning jacket which I use for my shows on stage as a Magician. It feels strong and heavy, and when seen upclose, you can tell that the fabric IS of good quality, even without needing to touch it.
I have made a second batch of purchase now and eagerly waiting to rock them.

Amazing clothing company
Ordered a gorgeous red velvet leopard print jacket and black satin shirt. Jacket was too big and had to return. Best return process ever and new jacket arrived 3 days later.

Another Pearler From Phix!
As usual, and indeed in what I've come to expect from the folk at Phix, the process was utterly seamless and professional. Very unique designs
Very unique designs! The fashion-forward styles and attention to detail from this company is very hard to find elsewhere. The only thing to be aware of is that there is a restocking fee for returns and some sizes can sell out fast - especially for pants. Measurements are mostly true to the size chart (no vanity sizing for pants), but some styles such as sequined pants have a slightly larger waist than advertised, so you may want to order two waist sizes if you’re not sure about a particular style.

Great clothing, poor customer service
I love the clothing and have purchased many items yet when I asked a question about free shipping for valued customers, I received no feedback at all which was very disappointing.
With respect to receiving feedback, I contacted phix directly asking if there was any possibility of free shipping or occasional discount codes for customers who have spent a lot of money on their clothing as a reward for loyalty.
Either way I would have been accepting of their answer but felt a little let down that I didn't get a reply.
