I have been purchasing Philip Jones Jewellery mostly via Amazon for several years now, both for myself and as gifts for family and friends, and I can honestly say that I have been consistently impressed with the quality, style and value of every item I've bought.

A pair of rose gold plated teardrop earrings quickly became a firm favourite of mine. I loved them so much that I went on to purchase the matching necklace and bangle, and together they have become my absolute go-to jewellery pieces for special occasions and events. Despite owning a considerable amount of jewellery, these pieces remain my favourites by far, which says a great deal about how beautifully designed and wearable they are. I've also got the earrings in silver and gold plated just to mix things up a bit! I love that the items all come with lovely little velvet gift pouches too.

What has impressed me most is the exceptional quality. The earrings I've owned for several years still look as beautiful as the day I bought them. The rose gold plating has retained its colour perfectly, with no fading or signs of wear whatsoever, which is remarkable given how often I've worn them.

Over the years, I've also purchased numerous bangles, tennis bracelets and earrings as gifts, all of which have been received with genuine delight and admiration. It's always a pleasure to give a gift that you know will be appreciated, and Philip Jones Jewellery has never let me down.

In a world where quality and value don't always go hand in hand, Philip Jones Jewellery consistently delivers both. I ordered a bracelet for my grandaughter,when it arrived it was a necklace. It was my mistake ,so sent it back . I recieved a refund within days . I then re- ordered the bracelet I originally wanted. It arrived very well packaged and I am delighted with it . Excellent service throughout.

I bought a bracelet online which went missing during the delivery process. The delivery was tracked and supposedly arrived, but the parcel couldn't be clearly identified in the photo. I also live in a university complex, and the security had not seen the parcel arrive at all. So I contacted [the singular person who works for] customer service to explain my parcel was missing. They then refused to give me a refund.

This was so unnecessary. Why? Because companies are able to claim losses from Royal Mail for parcels that vanish during delivery - that's why parcels are insured! This person could have given me a refund and claimed for the missing parcel. There was no reason for them to act like this over a £5 bracelet.

What they were doing was completely illegal under the Consumer Rights Act - but who's going to sue them over £5? (Answer: nobody - especially not broke students.) So they get to keep the money, and the customer receives nothing in exchange.

This person spent half an hour back-and-forthing with my mother over the phone before grudgingly agreeing to provide a refund. So I now have my money back - which helped pay for my next weekly grocery shop. Thanks, customer service person.

Please be warned. Shop here at your own risk. Preferably don't give these people your money. The products might be lovely - but that's only if they arrive at all.
