Phidias Propfirm 

Phidias....funny name but a SERIOUS prop firm. If you have never heard of them, you soon will. They keep rolling out enhancements, updates, etc. like Chuck Norris hands out A$$ whoopins'.

I purchased a $50K Fundamental account on promotion on September 10th to trade alongside a CFD challenge. On September 15th, I placed my first and only trade—a buy position with 9 MGC contracts—which resulted in a loss of about $370.

That very same day, however, a series of trades worth over $2,000 were placed on the account until it was completely liquidated. This is insane. I even showed them my CFD account, which I was trading in parallel with this $50K account, where I had only placed that single trade since the 15th, to prove that I did not make those additional trades. I would never blow a challenge account in a single day. Normally, I might burn through it in 5 or 6 trades 1 per day, but I am not an “all-in” trader, and I am certainly not desperate enough to cry over $16 if I had actually lost it myself!

They didn’t even bother to send me an email notifying me that the challenge was liquidated—I only found out yesterday when I tried to place another order.

This bunch rascals are just farming money. They don’t even have a real office; they’re nothing more than a paper prop firm. Stay away from this scam. I only wish I had read the countless negative reviews earlier, where people clearly say the positive ones are fake. That’s all they do—deceive and steal.

After canceling my subscription and receiving confirmation on 09/19, I got charged again yesterday. Oh, so you thought you canceled it? Nope. You even got a confirmation email — but guess what, it wasn’t actually canceled. What a joke

Got charged again for the subscription i cancelled since sept 19, when i log into the dashboard and the account was active

i have been with phidias for over a year now passed multiple evaluations lost multiple evaluation but i'm now a proud owner 0 live accounts ,out with a couple of rules a do not agree with this has to be the easiest prop firm to worked with but quantower is a scam as wen Ur order is hit it does not take the other side order limit and that just stays there until you cancel it yourself which to me is just madness.
why would my full order not be canceled when my stop loss gets hit a will never no

Phidias is one of a few great prop firms that's being over looked. Great customer service and they payout out. Trading is already hard, no need to worry if your payout will get denied. Love these guys. I really like their swing accounts!

There's no usubscribe option from the marketing emails

Edit: Their response is for me to contact them. But there is still no unsubscribe option from their relentless marketing emails, three a day at least. And when you got to their website, there is absolutely no way to contact them. But they'll flag your review for "harmful content'

Phidias is a newer firm in the space but should not be ignored. Payouts are handled in less than 24 hours through rise. I was given LIVE BROKERAGE credentials in less than 48 hours after becoming eligible. Advanced support questions were handled with similar speed.

Keep in mind this is a European firm, support is based in Europe so responses and payouts are limited to that time zone **Generally**.

But Phidias has its faults. While participating in the 10k competition and growing my balance to a top 3 position, my account disappeared from my dashboard and the leaderboard. Then, after placing a trade on the account, I lost access to the credentials and was unable to manage the trade, with 200 points on NQ running unrealized before reversing. Assumedly my competitors faced similar login issues, but this is unclear. It is disappointing that I paid for a fair playing field, and am experiencing setbacks every day. This trade and position size would have put me in first for the time being, which is interesting as to why I was unable to close it until it is now a loss.

As a new customer at Phidias, I am shocked at how well everything is set up and efficient. I was able to complete and receive payments for work done through their 25k static and 100k fundamental accounts and also have a live account setup through Phidias.

Phidias Propfirm offers efficient systems for traders.

I have been a client of Phidias since December, and everything was going well—until this payout window. I submitted my withdrawal request, and just a few hours later, I received an email stating that all my accounts were closed. This included my 5PA accounts and the 20Evaluation accounts I had just purchased.

The reason? Simply because I am Romanian.

I reached out via email for clarification, and their response was shocking. They told me it didn’t matter that Iam resident in Italy for over 25 years. No request for additional documents, no further verification—just an outright closure instead of the five payouts I was expecting.

I have attached their email response for reference. I am speechless. You can interpret this as you wish, but if you are Romanian, think twice before trusting this firm.

I am quite new to Phidias so I haven't passed any challenges yet, however, what I do find extremely important is the 'support team' of a company. I have had a couple of issues to which the support team replied fast. They were polite and patient and didn't stop until the problem was solved.

Bad support, they don't answer your questions and if they do it takes so long time for them to answer about your problem. They don't give a clear instructions. I had not good experience.
