I just received an order where the product name and the receipt clearly state that the charging port for my s21fe comes along with flex cables. Sadly in the package no flex cables are to be found.. very disappointing
My wife worked for this company as a copy typist between Dec 2019 and Jan 2020. At the end of December she was admitted to hospital for a severe gallbladder infection. After her discharge she was required to be off work for a week; all in all she was off work for about two weeks.
She was asked to attend a probation meeting in late January at which her employment was terminated. The reason given was that she had consistently missed a certain procedure during typing cases. My wife explained that she was not aware that this step was required. Notwithstanding this, she was fired.
Any decent and responsible company would realise that this was a training issue. It could have been resolved in a matter of minutes.
I should point out that my wife had been a medical secretary for a number of NHS consultants over a 15-year period, during which she received first-rate performance appraisals and references.
Needless to say my wife is understandably upset by the callous disregard that PHF have shown. Jobs are not easy to come by when you're 62, and to be treated as disposable only a month or so into a job amply demonstrates the ethos of this shabby company.
