Very good prices but I made a couple of orders and they were all sent very tardy for an international order. For the first order I sent a mail that I ordered the wrong class of compression (because the French classes are different than other EU countries) . I asked to change the order, no reply and they sent it anyway. Third order I received a stocking with signs of wear and I sent photos . Mistakes can happen but no reply at all, so I am very dissapointed. I wish to be compensated.

Nous comprenons parfaitement votre mécontentement face à cette situation, et nous tenons à vous apporter quelques explications.
Le point relais que vous aviez sélectionné était malheureusement indisponible au moment où Chronopost a tenté d’y déposer votre colis. Le transporteur a donc été contraint de rediriger temporairement la livraison vers un autre point relais à proximité, comme le prévoit leur procédure dans ce type de cas.
Une fois le point relais initial redevenu disponible, Chronopost a transféré le colis de nouveau vers celui-ci, ce qui a rallongé de manière inhabituelle les délais de mise à disposition.
À l’issue de cette période, le colis nous a été retourné faute de retrait.
Si vous souhaitez que nous procédions à une nouvelle expédition ou à l’annulation et au remboursement intégral de votre commande, n’hésitez pas à contacter notre service client au 02 61 53 65 40. Nous ferons le nécessaire dans les meilleurs délais.

Catastrophic service
After more than 1 week, the site keeps blocking my email address for registering and hence prevents any order. The Customer service keeps doing just one thing : continuously repeating that their site makes no errors and that it must be due to my address. I have used my IronVest address for many years. It works perfectly. Anyway they do not even speak about it. Neither they bother to contact their IT support. They simply do nothing and write that I am the only one in that case. Catastrophic service.
