I’ve purchased from digital pharaoh 2 cybernospheratu t shirts and order arrived on time after 4 days with Royal Mail. Excellent quality of the product, they look amazing and gave 10% for my next order. I would buy definitely again for them.

I ordered the Hell Fire t-shirt. Cannot believe they charge £24.99 for this rubbish. The quality and fit is terrible. The only redeemable feature is that it’s got the Hell Fire club on the front
They should be embarrassed for ripping people off. Save your hard earned money and buy this off ebay, quality can’t be worse than theirs.
They asked for a review for their website but what a surprise that my bad review on this t-shirt did not make their website. According to their website it’s all 5 star reviews.
100% avoid this company and the 💩 they sell.

Not rec’d refund. Emailed four times and sent a message over Instagram. No response. Will never order from them again. Pathetic company.

Today is 19th May 2021. We placed an order on 27th Dec 2020. Waited six weeks before it arrived on the 10th Feb, presumably because of the pandemic. Item was too small so requested a refund. 10th April - having returned the item three weeks before and several emails up to today - no reply - no acknowledgement. The helpline phone is out of order. It's like they have ceased trading.

Totally scammers. I bought 2 sweatshirts. Returned one a month ago for refund. Nothing. Not heard despite email and a customer service number that doesnt exist.
Even have to pay to return the item

Ordered an item on Wednesday 11th March and was advised 12 to 48 hour delivery via Royal Mail tracked service. Tuesday 16th still no package received. I've emailed twice and have received no response. Clearly a very dodgy company - definitely avoid using.

Paid for next day delivery 2 days later checked tracking hadn't even been sent, the timescales for delivery they say
it should be 3-5 days handling that isn't an overnight service. I will avoid in future I recommend you do the same.

Just got a response saying I order an item 3 days ago when it was actually 6 and they had only just responded to my email and comments. I won’t delete my comment because it’s true and you can view the other comments on the page for proof. Also just to top it off they deleted a few comments off their Instagram page luckily I have the screenshots of them so feel free to ask for evidence

This ‘company’ is a SCAM! Please avoid! Ordered 4 jumpers from them in FEBRUARY and returned 3 because I ordered different sizes and styles and received no response to my emails DMs or comments. Do not get your money stolen like i did. I responded AGAIN to their comment reply below and still got ignored !

Highly recommend, absolutely lovely customer service and high quality products. I've purchased for a second time after wearing my first sweatshirt absolutely non stop. So on trend and excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend.

I ordered an item in April, but I totally forgot I had ordered until 1 month ago.... and I hadn’t received the item. Despite so many months lapsing and despite the company having tracking information for the parcel in April, they took me at my word and replaced the item for me free of charge. They didn’t need to do this as it was my fault for not noticing sooner... I think this is amazing customer service... and on top of that I LOVE the jumper so I’ll definitely be buying more!! I shipped an item back for a refund a week ago and no response via email, call, or instagram dm. I wasted £38 on my order all I want is someone to respond and help me. Do not recommend.

If I could I will put even non stars coz this ‘company’ doesn’t deserve !!!! I’ve ordered one T-shirt on 3/04 and today is 22 /04 and still hasn’t arrived.... at 15/04 I’ve send an email to them they replay but still nothing.. this is ridiculous how you can treat your costumers like that .... Shame ! AVOID !!!! Also ppl posting comments on their instagram with the same issue!!!! Go have a look ! Before you trust them.

Items were nice but the delivery came late when ordered next day delivery. Customer services took over 48hrs to reply
