The manager has had a hiccup or two on Windows 10 in the past, but the Linux client has been spot on since day one of using it.

As for the service itself, what more can I say than it performs well 100% of the time. I use it on all of my devices, and have never had a single gripe about throughput or connection quality.

Keep up the good work.

From v 1.1 to now is a night and day difference. PhantomPeer works so well. The latest build is quick, and the growing number of locations is excellent. The customer service is quick to respond and the price is very competitive. I highly recommend PhantomPeer.

sometimes if i walk away and something glitches like a code of some sort after being on for long periods of time it will not have a solid connection and therefor not be working. Ive had this happen 3 times now and each time ive received a warning from ATT&T for my online traffic P2P. Not cool. Please implement someway for the pprogram to directly control the internet/wifi to where if the program stops working the internet connection will not stay connected. This would help prevent the IP from seeing what it is we are doing if the program happens to stop working.

dont waste your time with them, they are unreliable now. and overpriced

6 years ago this vpn was awesome. now they are unreliable. it has continually gotten worse. i had on too many occasions verified that the vpn was not operating, while it deceptively confirmed it was. simple check to online sites that verify ip addresses made it very clear when it was and was not working. this experience happened far too often. this company also autobills and you have to remove your card or they will keep doing it, theres no box to check or opt out option. i would recommend a better service, like surfshark. its cheaper too. Update june 15 2019...These people contacted me acting concerned but the vpn still sucks... Says connected but shows local ip lolol these guys just suck now.

6 years of loyalty means nothing

Used them for 6 years and today they disconnected my service because I was using too much bandwidth. They advertise unlimited bandwidth usage on their website. This is not true. Also, they were logging my data usage and had logged how much data I used within the past few days. They advertise that they do not log your data usage on their website.

I chatted and emailed with support. They asked me to explain the data usage. That's the whole point of using a VPN. Anonymity!

My advice is that you should stay away from this company. They were good in the past, but they've changed dramatically and as you can see from everyone else here, they're no good. There are much better VPN options out there now, 6 years ago the choices were very thin.

It worked for one day

It worked for one day. After that the start/stop button became completely unresponsive and the log was useless.

After a few days, I just kept getting auth error when I know the username and password were valid and had not changed.

They really expect people to pay for this quality of service?
