Paul seemed really professional and came round and fixed a leaking roof. It lasted throughout a very wet winter but has just started to leak again. Paul has failed to respond to my requests to revisit and has now blocked me. He has gone from my goto to avoid at all costs.
We made contact with Paul to fit new guttering to a new house extension. When it rained water leaked from all new gutters both to the front and rear of the property. Upon closer inspection the gutters fitted were an incorrect size and were forced under the original gutter at an adjoining corner of the house. Photo's and videos were sent to Paul on 8 separate occasions clearly showing leaking gutters and poorly fitted pipework. Paul had promised to return to fix but is now ignoring any request to return. This has continued for several months.
