We had dinner last night Valentines Day plus it was my son's girlfriends birthday, EVERYTHING was delicious and our server Chris was fantastic very attentive but not pushy perfect.We tried the spareribs,wontons, dumplings 5stars👍 and at the end he presented the birthday girl with cake and sparklers 😃

I would not recommend the dining experience. Oolong tea should be available. Green tea was passed off as oolong. Orange chicken was just a bowl of rice with sauced chicken dumped on top. I expected a better presentation. The waitress never brought us chop sticks, we had to get up and find them. We were ignored by our server.

Thought we’d try something different tonight and we are glad we did! The food was excellent, the atmosphere was cozy and our server Andray was the best!

This is the umpteenth time I've gone and everything was excellent, as always. A bit of a wait time, but I'll pass it off, as they had a multitude of walk-ins.

Great birthday dinner for my husband tonight. We used the free appetizer with entree reward and enjoyed lettuce wraps and sesame chicken. The food was delicious and Gerald, our server, was wonderful. He was very attentive and personable and boxed our leftovers up perfectly. Thank you Gerald for sharing in my husband's birthday.

[Northlake location in Charlotte, NC]. Don't get my 2-star rating wrong: the food is quite good and the prices (in this day and age) are reasonable. But having to wait 55 minutes to be seated, when my wife and I had a reservation and we arrived on time, is not. We will not go back to this location, certainly only not on a Saturday at 7 PM. The restaurant is also evidently poorly managed: not only reservations were overbooked but several tables for four had only two customers eating (including ours!), the restrooms were filthy, and the from desk attendants were clueless about handling the chaos in the reception area.

Service was excellent and the fire braised short rib was tender and delicious 😋

Tonight was absolutely the worst! I had to go to the bar and yell for someone twice because our waiter never returned. At the end, she never returned to give us boxes of the bill until I called for management!

I only give this restaurant a one star because I have to otherwise, it would be a zero. The staff can be very rude along with management. When you're missing something from your order, they treat you as it's your fault and won't even compensate you for it.

My waitress Elaina was excellent and so sweet. The desert she recommended was delicious

They should really treat drivers with more respect, we're picking up orders for your restaurant and they just say "oh" and walk away. There was no one else at the counter and the couple of people walking around just ignored me, I stood there more than ten minutes and cancelled,the order was literally fried rice without several toppings, I'm not wasting my time when they say nothing and don't even tell you anything, I don't think I will pick up orders from here anymore, wasn't the first bad experience

After a long week stopping at Chang’s was a great decision. I sat at the bar and was immediately greeted by the bartender, Nick. He was kind and welcoming and remembered I enjoy KJ Chardonnay. Great atmosphere, fantastic service. Thank you to Natalie and her crew!

the fried rice and beef was tasteless, and the beef to rice ratio was really small.

Sabiella was our server this evening and she was fabulous. She was vibrant, energetic and efficient with a pleasing smile each time she took care of our table. The food tasted fresh and drinks were on point. Sabiella is a true professional at her position and our table wanted for nothing as she made sure our drinks were refilled and we were pleased with our meals. Next time I make a reservation, I will be sure to ask if Sabiella will be working and ask for a table in her section that she will be serving. Excellent experience to bring in the new year. Thank you Sabiella!

We had the best server ever, Victor went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of even while he was very busy he was very attentive. The food as always has been amazing!

They told me that it was going to be a 45 minuite wait, we ended up waiting two hours. My mom told the hostess that it was my birthday and if it was going to be longer than planned it would be okay we’d just leave. She said we’d be seated shortly so we waited at the bar. Time went by so my mom went to check with her. She said we wouldn’t be seated for another hour and I was very frustrated. We wasted our time and didn’t eat dinner that night.

Chris was a great server. He was on top with our drinks. Always polite and friendly. Gave wonderful recommendations. He made it a amazing dining experience. Thanks Chris

I had such a happy experience tonight, thanks to PF Chang's employee, Connie-the Host. I LOVE the Lettuce Wraps! I had spent hours shopping and was really tired and hungry. I got my heart set on their wonderful Lettuce Wraps. I called to see if they would take my order over the phone and deliver it to the curb outside. They said yes if I could my order on line. Well, I hated to say I'm a Senior who gets all screwed up every time I try to order food online. I asked Connie if it was possible to make the whole transaction over the phone, and if I could pay the exact amount in cash. She was so kind, helpful and friendly. I knew I was asking a big favor, but figured I had nothing to lose by asking. My alternative was to drag my walker out of the trunk (which was full of packages) and go in myself. It was about 8:30 PM and I was just too tired to make the effort. Her attitude was cheerful and caring. She went out of her way to make it happen and bring it out to me herself. It made the perfect end to my day. I so enjoyed my Lettuce Wraps, delicious as usual, while my appreciation for Connie's kind, above and beyond customer service lingered in my mind. I'm so glad PF Chang's had the good fortune to find a lovely person like Connie to be the first face their customers would meet. Thank you Connie and thank you PF Chang's!

PF CHANG (SAWGRASS MALL) Worst restaurant experience ever!!. December 28th was seated at around 8.07pm. One hour and 15 minutes later my family and I with my 2 year old were still waiting for our food. Manager was requested 25 minutes earlier and she came to say they are pushing my order through it should be coming out soon, 25 minutes later we are still waiting and with a 2 year old. All they could offer was they are a little "backed up". If 1 hour and 15 minutes is considered "little backed up" not sure what a real backed up would look like. We ended up leaving the restaurant without being served. We also observed every waiter not having any hair net or protective hair cover and they are all in and out of the kitchen...what degraded service is this?? I am shocked that this day an age this crappy service is given to customers who deserved better!! Horrific!!

Stay away from this restaurant- we ordered dinner take out it was horrible $29.00 looked like a lunch size
