Terrible Company

I ordered a dog bed on December 30th and have still yet to receive it or any update from the company. I've emailed and called and can't get anyone to respond! Don't order from these people. If I don't hear from someone today I report this is fraud.

AVOID THIS SITE.

I ordered a collar from this site a couple of months ago in size S. When my collar arrived, I noticed that it was very obviously NOT the correct size. It was way too small. When I looked at the tag, I noticed someone had written in an "X" next to the "S" to mark it as XS. So they sent me the wrong size because the item wasn't properly labeled.
I emailed customer service to request an exchange. They said I would be receiving a return shipping label via email. I was to print it out and mail back the item and they would refund me. In the meantime, I could order the product again. Well 2 days went by and I never received a return label. I emailed them again and they emailed it to me within the hour.
I mailed the item back to them over 20 days ago and have yet to hear anything back from them regarding receiving the item and issuing my refund. I have emailed them and they have not responded. I'm starting to think I will never get my $50 back. Needless to say, I did not reorder the item and I will not order anything from here EVER. AVOID THIS SITE.

UPDATE: I was able to receive my refund, after emailing and calling several times without getting through to anyone. The representative said they just needed to finalize the payment, whatever that means. And why it took me calling and emailing to do that, I'm not sure. But as is typical with this company, after several days I have yet to see any correspondence from them regarding their reply (below) to this review. They replied to this review to look good, but have not actually followed up with me like they said they would. I'll believe it when it see it, PetSwag.

Rip Off

We ordered a Sleepypod safety harness from this site. The product just did not work. I'm not sure whether it was ill-designed or simply a bad fit, but even my engineer husband could not figure out how it was supposed to fit our dog. We returned it with the return label emailed to us. No response. I emailed customer service and was told because it was beyond 60 days of purchase (not receipt of product but purchase) they had to issue a return through a cashiers check. No problem. I was glad they issued a refund rather than credit, though I would have been happy with that too. Cashiers check never came. I have emailed and called multiple times, left messages. Nothing. Now I have no harness (didn't work anyway), no $63 and no credit we might have used for another product. Just nothing. I will never use this site again.

Best dog bowl

Love my Doca wire dog bowl! It's very clean and modern, which is great. Plus, it doesn't move around like other dog dishes.

Excellent company!

They were great! Everything arrived on time and in great condition and our dog LOVES his new bed. Would definitely recommend PetSwag!

Great place!

Place is great for doggie goods. I loved everything. One thing I would have liked would have been for the sizes to match with a breed of dog to help with choosing what size I needed. But overall great website.

Bought two items.
